Working with many of the major UK housebuilders we have developed experience and expertise in new build construction but we also deal with many other construction organisations.

Feb 05,2020The SMAS portal UI is superb and makes uploading documents on all formats so easy, the whole system is great. The fact that everything is saved as you go and that you can log in and out as circumstances dictate without losing track of progress is a strong plus point. The one to one support and advice from the SMAS Assessor (Kevin) was first class and really adds the personal touch to their service. As a Health & Safety professional, I would not hesitate in recommending the services of SMAS.

The application process is much more refined now and used alongside the Citation membership enabled our teams to complete their training modules which shows our commitment to Health and Safety, this in turn made the SMAS process more comprehensive. Once we finalised our submission we had minimal queries and the certificate was issued the next day! They do not do company group accreditations all as one but it was pleased to see SMAS insisting on seeing our CE accreditation.

Dec 05,2019I chose SMAS over CHAS, mainly because they were more competitive and they are based in the same city as us. i am really glad i did, the process was really straight forward, they were super quick turning it around (much quicker than chas promised) and when i called i got through straight away. They were really helpful. i definitely recommend them.
