May 28,2022If you are considering getting your smile changed look no further than smile dental Antalya. Your journey will start with a watts app message from one of the fantastic coordinators like Bianca and Olga these two are very nice and friendly are there with you every step of the way. After your X-rays and scans you are taken for a consultation to discuss your treatment and what your exceptions are you sit in the dental chair and your are looked at after this you sit discuss the treatment process the shape and the colour you would like there is no rush with this. There was no change to the price I was quoted over the wats app conversations mine was spot on in fact. Well next comes the work the same day a couple of hours later. in the mean time you sit in your private waiting room watching Netflix and drinking cold drinks and coffee. Your time comes and you get to one of the dentist rooms canāt comment all the dentist but the one that took care of my smile What a lovely professional lady Fatima and he treatment room team her vision of perfection is unbelievable even when I thought my teeth were great she was not happy and sent them back to the lab and these were not getting put in firmly until she was happy and still then spent more time making final adjustments I have to say I had so much believe in this lady that when she asked me if I was happy I asked her the same question when she said yes very happy I new that I was getting the best smile I could this lady is a dream maker as for the pain I did not have any pain but I put that down to Fatima every person I met here at the same time all experience different sensations but hey letās be real a dentist a drill injections and a lot of work to be done itās fair to say some people will find some parts uncomfortable but nothing like a dentist at home that is for sure get your hand up and get more injections in there till u donāt feel a thing you donāt feel the injections because they numb your mouth with spray it helped me take there advice and medication you get given and I hope you fell the same as I did If you are thinking about getting your teeth done just message them and go you will not look back I could write loads more about the hotel the pick ups the state of the art clinic the vip service to and from the clinic when you need to be there but be far to long to read you see all the other reviews have that information in and all I can say is they are bang on true just look no further then the smile website talk to them book a flight and go

The whole experience was so good, the staff are amazing and so friendly and put you at ease. Accommodation provided by them was amazing and would recommend anyone to go to them. May 26,2022Ok Iāll try and be as thorough as possible because thatās what Smile Dental are. From first contact via WhatsApp to my last day and even back home, the care and professionalism is unlike anything youāll ever find in the UK. Even if you are wealthy enough to pay the outrageous prices they charge in the UK, I doubt anything comes close to the treatment and facilities offered by Smile. My contact via WhatsApp was with Bianca. Sheās lovely, kind and answers every question very quickly no matter the time of day. We also met once I got to the clinic and sheās just as kind and generous in person. So my first impressions were amazing. I did have to change my treatment plan since whatās been going on in the world affected my finances. I backed out a few weeks before but at the last minute I changed my mind, my flight was booked after all. i went for a slight less expensive treatment and they fit me in with a weeks notice. Amazing. On arrival I was picked up at the airport in what can only be described as a Mercedes limousine and was treated like royalty. Iām taken to my hotel and left to relax before the treatment beginning early next day. Iām picked up by the driver who sometimes change day to day, but both Allattin and Metin are attentive and classy guys. On arrival at the clinic Iām met by Olga, another genuinely nice lady who showed my around the clinic which absolutely blew my mind. I expected a nice place but this was like stepping into the best clinics you might see in Beverly Hills. Itās pristine, spacious, modern and puts you at ease knowing youāve chosen the perfect place. While Iām shown around by Olga and a couple of other cool guys, AJ and Zubi, you start to realise the care and thought that the owner Deniz has put into this place. Itās just fabulous. Olga then showed to my private room. Yes, your own private room. Itās not like the sparse rubbish youāll find in the UK. Itās a comfortable private space with a very large LCD TV with Netflix and an X Box 360. You also have aircon, a few mod cons, comfy sofa dnd a fridge brimmed full of water and some sodas, which is probably a chance to get your last sugar fix before the new teeth arrive š A short wait to get your bearings and youāre led for X-rays to see what actual treatment is needed. Itās very difficult to 100% assess someone over WhatsApp but thereās no big surprises and itās just a testament to their thoroughness. After this Iām photographed by a very professional photographer whoās name I forget. Iām sorry about that but she was very sweet and had to put up with my ugly smile. This room was a professional studio in itself. Everything is top notch. After the X-rays are ready I get to meet my coordinator Can (pronounced Yan) who goes through my treatment plan from WhatsApp and any other things that came up via the X-ray. Can is a very cool and pleasant guy whoās own teeth gleam like an underground glacier. His knowledge and advice is perfect and I quickly choose my option to go for a natural look. Nothing is pushed on you and in fact, I saved Ā£300 and decided myself to get some extra work done. Again, all my decision with zero up-sales tactics from Can. Next is the dentist Ruya and assistant Sevim. Ruya is wearing a mask which I guess is for COVID or maybe thatās just normal regardless? Even so, sheās very kind and her eyes alone made sitting in the chair a pleasant experience. We discuss my treatment and what to expect step by step. I wonāt go day by day as this will end up a novel, but from the initial injections that was the only pain I felt. After a few eye watering moments my pain was minimal and then none at all, despite having 16 teeth shaved to an inch of their life. Itās quite something to get this level of care. Iāve had private medical treatment with Bupa but this is another level. Quite frankly I donāt know how they do it. My smile is perfect now and I canāt thank them enough! AMAZINGš

May 21,2022Communication, Care and Quality are 3 words to describe my experience with Smile Dental Turkey in Antalya. They kept me fully informed from the moment I sent my first enquiry, to planning my journey and all through the treatment. All the staff, the coordinators and dentists were super friendly, professional and completely put me at ease. I had 23 ZIRCONIUM PORCELAIN CROWNS/VENEERS and I'm very happy with my new smile, I think they look great. The price was amazing and included 6 nights in a hotel, getting to and from the hotel for the clinic appointments. The staff at the hotel were lovely and provided a varied breakfast. My plane was really late due to staffing problems at the UK airport, I arrived at one in the morning and wasn't sure if they would be there to pick me up and take me to the hotel. But they were! I got to the hotel quickly, which was a great relief. I had plenty of time and help to choose the colour and size of my crowns. I also had my own waiting room at the clinic with free drinks, WIFI and Netflix. The dentist showed me how to floss the crowns with bridges and created a gum shield for me to wear at night for 6 months to protect the crowns and joints. There are a lot of dentists in Turkey that can give you a great smile at a great price but you don't need to look any further if you've found Smile Dental Turkey. It was a superb experience, thank you everyone :)

May 20,2022I can't recommend Smile Dental enough! Both myself and my husband have had our teeth done last week (my husband is having implants and we will be returning for the rest of his treatment in September) and they could not have done enough to support us through the process, from start to finish. My job is an operations manager and so I'm very much into research, etc., and one of the main reasons I chose Smile is because of the reviews - just 4/5 stars, what more could you ask for? However, I checked out the comments too and reviewed them against many others and they still came up the best. From our initial conversations on WhatsApp right through to the bookings, we were not disappointed. Obviously, we were still wary of what was going to happen when we arrived, but were immediately put at ease from arriving at the hotel and speaking to some other guests there who were also booked in at Smile. They told us of their experiences and they were honestly so happy. We went the next day to have our initial consultations and I was really surprised at the premises, it is so clean and bright, with a fantastic waiting area, free wifi, tea & coffee, Netflix, etc., Everyone down to the drivers who took us there to every single member of staff at their premises went above and beyond for us. I know, it's their job, but it just doesn't compare when you look at the service in the UK - I never once saw anyone frowning or grumpy and nothing was too small for them to deal with, they were so very welcoming. The treatment itself was fantastic, I now have a wonderful smile instead of years of covering my mouth due to an operation on my jaw years ago and the fallout from that. I am still a little raw along the gumline, but as it is only 6 days since I had everything done, that is to be expected. I feel like a different person and everyone has said how natural it looks and how different I look, it's honestly the best thing I've ever done. My quote was exactly what they quoted me, not a penny more, but my husband needed a bit more work due to bone density and we added some things on ourselves, but that was the only extras we paid. Two quick words that may help: 1. Take CASH to pay, not a debit card - I didn't read my messages correctly and therefore didn't get all my discount - the cost of using cards in Turkey is high and that is why they ask for the cash, so make sure you take that with you. 2. When sending in your photos/Xray's, make sure that you get a good Xray from your UK dentist to send - ours wasn't as clear as it could have been, so make them take it again if they mess you about.

May 13,2022Where do i start! I had a full mouth of crowns & veneers. Obviously i was apprehensive as anyone would be, but the whole service couldn't of gone better. Every body was so lovely & friendly, from start to finish. I really felt like part of a team whilst being there, i was so included in everything. Whenever any body spoke in Turkish there was always some body to translate to me in English. The clinic was spotless, absolutely gleaming. I had wanted my teeth done for ages and i am so so glad i picked Smile Dental Turkey. They look so good even my partner is heading out to do his! My Dentist Mustafa was extremely patient & caring as I explained that I have a fear of dentists...even when I bit his finger, he just calmly asked for his finger backšNothing is too much trouble & over all I am delighted with my results. They were prompt for every pick up/drop off which made the whole experience so easy. I would recommend to anybody travelling alone to upgrade their hotel as you can do so for very little extra cost. Since my return 3 people have complimented my teeth & asked for the name of the dental clinic. Thank you to all of the Smile team & hopefully I shall see you again.

May 06,2022All to often you hear about people going abroad for medical treatment and having and bad experience or getting sub-par work done. Being very research driven I did my due diligence on the well know dental clinics in Turkey and decided to go with Smile dental. All I can say is that I was not disappointed, they lived up to all the hype and the end result was everything I expected. The facilities are top notch, the staff friendly and I could not fault them on the high levels of cleanness, hygiene and infection control. Honestly look no further this company is the one, from my initial first contact with them via WhatsApp to leaving after 5days of treatment they were amazing. And I mean everyone from the bottom to the top, I honestly could not suggest how they could improve there service. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease from the minute I walked through the doors, and what an amazing job they have done for me and for all the other patients that were there at the same time had the same amazing results. May 05,2022I must admit I was super scared to go and have my teeth done. I've struggled with the appearance of my teeth for many years so it meant so much to me to finally be in a position to get them done but I was so scared about how painful it would be. From the moment we arrived the staff were incredible. They reassured me at every point and were so friendly and accommodating throughout. The clinic itself was again incredible. You get a private room with sofas and a smart TV and gaming station, including a stocked drinks cabinet... they even ordered in good for me and my husband free of charge on one day. As for process and the results of our teeth....wow.. me and my husband was so impressed with how it all went and by the results. We couldn't recommend Smile dentist enough. Thank you to all at Smile for everything you did for us. X

May 04,2022I would recommend Smile dental Turkey to anybody! Me and my mum came here last week whilst my mum got her teeth done. We had an amazing experience and I couldnāt fault the dentist at all. All of the staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. The dentists are extremely talented and my mumās teeth look AMAZING. Price was excellent compared to UK prices. The hotel is really nice and the transfers to/from the dentist and the airport is really helpful. 10/10, thank you!!!

May 03,2022I can not find enough words to explain just how good Smile Dental Turkey are from my first contact to my return home they exceeded all my expectations, The staff are all AMAZING, they could not have looked after me any more than they did! When I was researching to have dental work abroad these were the ONLY clinic that had the cost laid out on the website and true to their words there was no hidden extras, In fact I left having both top and bottom teeth done for what I thought was going to be just the top at the cost I expected to pay! Any one who is scared of the dentist because of the pain, THIS IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE FOR YOU. In 5 days I had 12 teeth extracted, Root canal treatment, Bridges and 22 Crowns fitted and I am still baffled to why I had no pain, Obviously It was a little tender but compared to having one tooth out in the UK which left me in pain for hours after just makes me question our own dental system!
