Jun 26,2022Excellent experience from start to finish. Arrived in Turkey and the driver from smile dental was there waiting with my name on a board. He took me straight to the hotel and brought my bags in for me. The hotel was great (Siete), very friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Plenty of things to do and most of the people there are also having treatment at smile dental, so you quickly make friends and have a few good nights out. On my first visit to smile dental, the driver came and picked me up, very friendly and chatty. The same went for the staff in the clinic. I was greeted at the door, taken inside and tgen I had the whole process explained to me. We went for xrays and then a consultation with the dentist. I was given a full run down of what work would be needed, which ended up costing £800 less than I was quoted online! Then we sat a chose teeth shape, colour etc. At no point was I pressured, it was all very relaxed and made to feel comfortable and take your time. Once that was agreed I paid for my treatment, and I was in for the first stage. I then had to wait 5 hours for temporary crowns and was shown to my own private room with a sofa, netflix, xbox and a free drinks fridge. I chilled in there until my temps were ready and then was driven back to the hotel. After that I had a day off then there was 1 1/2 days of trials for my permanent crowns. Again no pressure, they encouraged me to make sure I was happy and didn't just settle for what I was first given. Twice the dentist wasn't happy and they were sent for adjustments, on the third try they were perfect. The dentist done an amazing job and was always asking if I was happy etc. They were all so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble. They even took me to old town on my last day to get gifts for my 3 daughters! I would highly recommend smile dental, so clean, professional, friendly and most importantly amazing dentists. They have changed my smile and my life. Can't thanks them enough. Will be going back next year for some work on my back teeth as well. Amazing experience all-around.

Metin picked me up from the hotel to take me to my first appointment and he very quickly settled my nerves! On the first day I had my consultation and x-rays. All staff are very kind and reassuring. They made sure I was 100% happy with the colour and shape before I was done. I am over joyed with my new teeth and anyone that is on the fence about getting work done with smile dental, don't be! It's the best thing I've ever done. Thanks to the whole smile dental team!

Everything was organised from the moment we arrived to Antalya until we left, with a lot of free time around the procedures. The clinic is new and beautiful. Jun 21,2022Unreal, and very pleasant experience. I had 25 crowns done, and one Implant with Smile Dental in two visits,with excellent service from start to finish. On both visits I stayed for two weeks, combining dental work and exploring beautiful Antalya and vicinty. First visit all crowns fitted and implant placed (treatment took 7days), followed by second visit (after approx 5 months), crown on the implant was done (req'd 3 days) Treatment explained properly and clearly. Both stays accommodation was nice, different hotels though, and extended stay arranged by SD. The whole process was flawless. Great clinic to deal with, extremely professional and helpful staff. I would wholeheartedly recommend them!

Jun 18,2022I had 22 crowns done with Smile Dental. My sister also had a full set of crowns done. From planning, to travelling, being collected at the airport, to being picked up to attend the clinic the staff and service were impeccable. The clinic was pristine, the dentists and staff were passionate and excellent. I have been grinding my teeth for years and now have a new smile and teeth and my jaw bite feels great and sparkling too :-) .. as far as getting my teeth ready this was not very glamorous but staff were brilliant and quick and I felt some discomfort when crowns were being fitted and again the staff were brilliant and I was offered pain relief and this soon wore off after work was done :-) I would like to add the hotel we stayed in had great front line staff and the guests there were mostly attending Smile so it was like being with supportive friends (included couples, families and people travelling in there own I would HIGHLY recommend Smile Dental 🦷

Absolutely amazing place with an amazing staff. From the moment you arrive at the airport. The airport transfer to the hotel and the people that work here. The very comfortable private room with Xbox and Netflix. Though I’ve dentophobia, the dentist helped and was guided by the team. I would strongly advice you to speak to the dentist and sharing your fears so they can help you through the process. I highly recommend SDT to anyone who wants a great smile. Thank you Team.

The clinic has been upfront and truthful about my requirements and have considered the best price point that accommodates my needs. The staff are friendly and jovial and make you feel at home, while the clinic is hosted in a modern environment and is exceptionally clean. I'm not only looking forward to my next visit to continue my treatment, but also to enjoy the cuisine of the local area.

Jun 15,2022everything was very well coordinated from the beginning. all necessary information was provided in case of questions and doubts. upon arrival at the clinic, I was very kindly received, the consultation, and the treatment plan laid out very clearly. the dentist is very gentle and thorough. All transfers was perfect (especially with Metin being the funniest). and a new smile just changed my life, now I constantly want to laugh and smile. big thanks to the whole team!
