Jan 21,2022Absolutely amazing service from smile dental turkey. From the moment you land you have your transfer ready. The Hotel is right next to restaurants and bars and right on the coast line. Everyone is so friendly at the clinic and is so modern and nothing is to much for the team. Deniz who was my coordinator was absolutely amazing and was only a WhatsApp away so any issues I could get in contact. All I can say is if you are looking to have any dentistry work carried out, this is the place to go. I was a little nervous but made to feel at ease by the whole team and would recommend 100%. Thank you all.

Jan 19,2022Very happy with the quality of service I received from booking through to my transport back to the airport on my last day. Very friendly staff. Great communication throughout. Had a total of 25 crowns fitted and no issues, two weeks after. I have just one criticism, which is why I have given 4 stars rather than 5. When having work done with the dentist, I did not appreciate the guest experience staff that weren't dentists or dental nurses walking in to the room whilst I was receiving treatment, and having a look to see what was happening just for their own curiosity. Firstly, the treatment can be uncomfortable. Having someone staring at you during treatment just adds to the discomfort. I couldn't say anything at the time due to the on going dental work. Secondly, there are concerns in relation to hygiene that they're walking in the room during procedures. They should only come into the room when needed for translating.

The dentist and the team are out this world nothing is too much trouble for them . And most of all my teeth look amazing, I can't recommend this dentist enough , honestly go there you will not be disappointed, you're be giving them 5 stars aswell.

Jan 10,2022After watching a YouTube clip and reading through the trust pilots reviews I contacted smile dental via email and then continued on WhatsApp. They were extremely helpful and patient while I was making the big decisions to travel to Turkey for the work. Once I arrived at the clinic, it was by far better then any Uk dentist. We did X-rays and spoke about what I wanted to achieve and what they could do with my teeth. They never pushed me to have more work then I needed. The dental work was pain free, after my first round of work, The clinic kept in contact with me to see how I was and if I needed anything. Having my teeth done has by far changed my life and made me so more convenient In myself. In my opinion smile dental is 10 stars āļøāļøāļøāļøāļøāļøāļøāļøāļøāļø

Dec 21,2021The overall experience was perfect, from the pick-up at the airport and throughout the entire process. First step: It starts with a scan of the mouth, then an analysis with the dentist, followed by a discussion with Deniz the manager about what can be done. After the payment and the signature of the contract, the work begins directly. I then had to wear temporary teeth for 36 hours until the crowns were ready and the gums were rested. They provided painkillers, a toothbrush and toothpaste. Second step: After the rest day, I returned to the clinic to try on the crowns and make adjustments. Back and forth between the lab and the clinic to slightly adjust the bite. And at the end of the day, adjustment done. Third step: Back to the clinic the next day to check that everything is ok. To conclude, I would say that if I knew that the experience would be so simple and easy, I would have done this operation a long time ago. The whole team is very competent and friendly, from the manager to the dentist, from the nurse to the team that welcomes you. I would add that the city of Antalya is very nice, clean with a lot of restaurants, bars and a young atmosphere.

The results are even better!! Makes English dentist feel like Butchers! Very clean practise and could not rate the service enough. I will personally never go to a English dentist again and will take the 4 hour trip each year to see them

Itās my last day here in Antalya and Iām sitting up on a magical balcony overlooking the most beautiful ocean and snow mountains, whilst I enjoy my lunchā¦ so decided to write my experience now after Denis the coordinator asked me to earlier on today. My smile makeover experience at Smile Dental Turkey has been life changing and overall a wonderful experience! By the end of this lengthly review you will understand the reasoning behind such bold statements , concluding Smile Dental Turkey is by far the best therapy I have ever received. I came out here last week and from start till finish I was treated with care and love . A wonderful employee called Olga at Smile Dental Turkey never failed to tell me these precise words āyou are a princess! Truth be told , I definitely would not have regained a new sense of self had she not programmed into my mind I am somewhat of a princessā¦after meeting Olga and attending Smile Dental Turkey I now secretly believe I am a princess and can finally start my new journey of self love and care . We all know the process of feeling beautiful does start from within the psyche and magical teeth will not make you 100 per cent happy all the time (that would be a very unreasonable expectation) but my philosophy is this ; if you choose to view the world with kind eyes and you possess a happy honest and open heart your half way there! The added bonus of course is being able to also look at the most incredible new smile everyday which can (I believe ) propel a person forward towards a better future. Smile Dental Turkey (SDT) contributes to this statement above. The practice itself was immaculate and the staff (every single one of them) were beyond kind and generous . The dentist who created my new smile was a lovely lady known as āRayā, her name means dreamsā in Turkey. Ray certainly holds her fantastic reputation for the creator in making peoples ādreams come trueā. Ray, thank you for being a bright light during my smile makeover process. You also helped me overcome my fear of dentistry and you did it with such professionalism and grace! For me, you will always be lady of dreams and Olga your the Angel with your supported, steady and classy walk through the SDT building . Anyone that meets Angel Olga will understand this specific walk Iām describing .. she really is world class and because every step is thought through and slow paced, she makes you feel, you are where you should be! The hotel called Siete which is were I stayed booked through SDT I absolutely loved! Siete is simplistic, comfortable and located right near restaurants, bars and clubs. I made friends with the locals and again was treated with much love and care . From the transfer journeys to exploring the beautiful Antayla ( highly recommend old town), I knew I was one lucky lady and I had made the right choice flying out from the UK on my birthday week to receive my complete smile transformation . The incredible staff at SDT even surprised me with a birthday cake and candles, they sang happy birthday to me and made me feel loved and supported. SDT is a flight away from the UK but worth it! Strangers, restaurant owners, locals and all the animals in Antalya have welcomed me. I have not felt as though I am a foreigner in another country , instead I was made to feel a sense of belonging and peace . Do not hesitate with SDT, enjoy Siete and the diverse culture of Antalya but above all else please do not forget to feed the little fury children you come across on your travels. Cats and dogs do roam free in Antalya and they do deserve food, please leave some out for them , it is not frowned upon but encouraged by the locals. If anyone is feeling trepidation regarding your smile makeover do not feel this way! The key is to trust in the process and the wonderful people of SDT . Yes you have to make the first initial step forward by booking the flight and the latte ā¦ āboarding itā but remember to arrive and allow SDT to take care of you as they did with me. I went with the right people , I was at the right place within the right company in the right hands at the right time, resulting in a fantastic smile achievement and I wish everyone at SDT so much love and light. I will come back in the summer for a holiday and a check up, until then have a fabulous new year . I really do hope my experience helps someone else and alleviates any unnecessary confusion , nervousness and fear. P.s I believe personal growth should always walk hand in hand with cosmetic surgery and itās important to love one self on their cosmetic journey with its highs and lows, pains and pleasures . 1. Pros - the realisation I am a princess! Incredible new smile! 2. Cons - scared of flying and a slight speech impediment which is common but will subside with time. Dec 10,2021Smile dental Turkey gets more than 5 stars from me. The team is very professional, friendly and helpful. Deniz was available the whole time and accompanied me throughout the treatment. Deniz a very good person, very professional and helpful.I felt at home. Very professional from the first contact to the end.I was picked up from the airport and taken to the hotel.The next day I was picked up from the hotel and taken to the clinic.The clinic is very nicely done and very clean. Hygiene is on the first plan. From the transport, discussions, doctor, team, treatment, everything was very perfect and professional. I had my own room, very comfortable, with tv couches and drinks. I talked to the doctor, took an X-ray and then the treatment started. Without pain, very hygienic, very attentive and worked very carefully. The treatment lasted 5 days. My partner came with me He became the same in a very friendly manner; his welfare was always asked about. I am very satisfied with smile dental Turkey and I am very grateful for everything that smile dental Turkey has done for me. Thanks to smile dental Turkey my dream has come true. Dec 10,2021Top quality service/treatment from start to finish. Collected from the airport and took to the hotel which was top class. Collected first day to go through option of treatments. No pressure in making choice on what you want to get done. Upfront cost before any treatments are carried out. Clinic was immaculate to say the least. Own private room to rest in through out the treatment with a full stocked fridge of cold drinks and tea and coffee available also, room had an Xbox and Netflix to use to pass the time between treatments. The staff couldnāt help any more if they tried. The dentist talks through everything that is going to happen. All in a top class service and would highly recommend.

Dec 09,2021Where to start with my experience with Smile dental. I wanted to travel to turkey to get my teeth done for around 2 years but never had the opportunity due to COVID. I had terrible teeth, I hated my smile I use to talk with my lips over my teeth because of feeling concerned about people opinions in public spaces. I was no scared to come to smile dental I was terrified I was so anxious about having my mouth filled and injections because any dental work I have in the UK i undergo IV sedation and itās not offered in turkey. From the WhatsApp communications, Transfers, Welcoming experience, the hygiene in the clinic itās self, the friendly staff, the professionalism itās all just AMAZING the list just goes on and on. I felt quite some pain with the injections but after that I was so numb I couldnāt feel anything and if I did I just asked for more and they was happy to do so. I was overwhelmed with my temporary plastic teeth it was a joy just to have some teeth again and the ability to smile however today I have had my trial fitting with my permanent teeth and the outcome is beyond words the quality is amazing and the service to make they exactly like you want them is phenomenal. My teeth got sent to a lab and within 2 hours they was back and starting to fit them Iām expecting them to be painful for a while to get use to eating and biting along with my gums growing into the right position however overall I would rate the service 10/10 I have gained the confidence back that I lost as a child and I am only 23 smile dental have not only changed my smile but changed my confidence in myself as a person it was by far the best cosmetic decision I have ever made I would personally like to thank Deniz for heās kind and caring patience with me as I was so nervous but he made me feel like that was perfectly normal no doubts Iāll be bringing my wife here in the future to get hers done. The plus side was precious dental trips that my friends told me about said they had to go to the dentist everyday but with smile dental it was 2 days and it was completed and I booked a week so I managed to fit in a holiday as well ā¦. Money well spent. DONT GO TO ANY OTHER DENTIST BUT SMILE DENTAL IN TURKEYš¦·š

Dec 08,2021Smile dental turkey is more than 5 star quality After seeing the Instagram and website I got in touch via WhatsApp Where Deniz kept us up to date with everything we needed to know . From the airport pick up on a Friday afternoon in a smart private mini van to take us to hotel which was included and was very clean and the staff were very pleasant. The first morning we were picked up privately and taken to the dentist the first impressions were WOW this place is amazing the welcome from the staff was so homely and respectful they made me feel at ease with being there and could not do enough for me and my son who also came for dental work. We were offered drinks food tea coffee anything we wanted and were shown to our private room with Netflix Xbox a sofa a fridge fully stocked with drinks and made very comfortable After X-ray and dental consultation we were asked into the office with Deniz And he went through the process of our perfect smile What an absolute gentleman and professional at no point were we pressured into anything we didnāt want / need in fact he was was incredible in also saving us money yes there was discount for cash payment and a group booking which was perfect for us and even though my son wanted more work Deniz never pushed for anything other than the perfect smile ... Everything else was a personal choice that he didnāt push or ask throughout the process things changed like I could have bridge instead of an implant which saved me money and just made you feel like they really do have your best interests at heart and werenāt just there to make money Once we had decided on treatment it was time to sign and pay and it was easy and respectful with taking cash everything upfront honest and not once did it feel uncomfortable The results speak for themselves but after 2 dentists on the NHS in the UK and 1 private dentist I cannot express the high level of professionalism and cleanliness at smile dental it made us feel like VIPs Everything was tailored to how we would like it The staff were incredible every one from accountants the photographer the receptionist treated us with respect and friendliness we grew to know and like a lot of them over the week We were delayed on one of the days and Deniz ordered and brought my son food without accepting money and it was touches like that which makes me want to write a great review for them as it was exactly that great I cannot express what a great dentist practice what lovely staff members and the high quality smile dental have .. if your looking to do it I hope this review gives you the confidence to choose smile dental as I know you would not be let down and you will feel like me so happy to have gone ..

Probably itās a broken record, but from touchdown to take off , everything is organised for you nothing to worry about , they are kind , helpful , a friendly professional team . I had my treatment in the 1st week of January, I opted for 20 crowns 10 upper/ 10 lower hollywood style in the whitest white. I couldn't be more happy with my results, they turned out even better than I ever expected. The whole treatment had minimal pain but maximum results .
