Ich habe mich noch nie in meinem Leben so wohl beim Zahnarzt gefühlt wie bei Smile Dental. Das gesamte Team ist GROßARTIG!!!! Vielen Dank an jeden einzelnen von euch. Sep 21,2021I have been waiting and wanting to make a change to my teeth for years. The confidence boost it gives is amazing and the work that Denis and his team did for me was simply outstanding. I would highly recommend visiting Smile Dental Turkey in Antayla. Communication -------------------- Communication with Smile Dental was continuous and informative from the time of my first enquiry until my treatment was completed. The team were always responsive and always interested in how I was doing. Clinic and Practice ------------------------- The clinic is new and state of the art. It is a multi-level facility, 4 levels with the first level dedicated to the dental rooms and the second level having the dedicated client rooms. Bright and super clean. Professionalism --------------------- The professionalism of the team is outstanding. On one of the days I had Denis (the Practice Manager) in attendance explaining, my dentist, 2 dental nurses doing separate things, one assisting the dentist and the other preparing molds. Then the technical engineer who made my crowns attended for my first fitting and his supervisor was in attendance to understand any minor corrections needed. A super team approach and effort. Attention to Detail and Customer Service ----------------------------------------------------- After the crowns were put in, I had an additional 3 meetings to get the details right. The dentist and team reviewed my teeth and bite on each occasion and made minor corrections. They wanted to get it right and they wanted me happy and made me feel comfortable with asking questions. A stellar customer service. Client Facilities -------------------- The client facilities were super modern. There were a total of 12 patient rooms, each room had a comfortable sofa, chair, mini-fridge, tea/coffee maker and 4K TV with an XBOX for game playing and Netflix. I watched 'The Lord of the Rings' in between my consultations. A key for the door to each room was provided. There was also good WiFi for connecting to. Antayla Location ---------------------- The Antayla location is beautiful and has everything you could want, the strip, good food and reasonably priced, beaches and beach clubs. I also booked historical tours and visited Perge, Side and other locations including the cable car ride to view the City. Antayla has it all, there's boat rides and other water activities if that is what you want to do. You can really incorporate any type of holiday as part of your dental treatment. What I had done --------------------- I had 20 crowns (10 top and 10 bottom) and with that a minor correction of an underbite. I went for OM1 teeth colour. The total cost for everything dental including accommodation in the selected hotel (included breakfast and it had a small pool) that the dental practice uses (La Siete which is in a good location) was EUR 3,650. Flights and other costs were your own, but the dental practice also organised pickup and dropback to the airport and the journeys between the hotel and clinic (which is about 5 minutes from the hotel). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Smile Dental Turkey and Denis and his team.

From their fast response to my inquiry about potential treatment to the actual treatment in their clinic, everything went smoothly. I had been looking for clinics in Turkey and Smile Dental was by far the one with the best reviews. So a couple of days after I sent them the first mail, the trip was booked and everything other than the plane tickets, they arranged. It made the whole trip easier because I didn't have to look up hotels, transport from the airport, or transport to the clinic. The result is even better than I could imagine. And all the staff was super professional and very welcoming. So if you are looking for a top-tier dental clinic, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Sep 16,2021Fixing my teeth with smiledental was definitely one of the best decisions I've made this year. Not only that they are very friendly and helpful, their clinic is also one of the most beautiful clinics I've seen. And they were the only dental clinic not trying to take all my money but rather to fix what is most important. After two sessions caries is gone and I can finally live normally without the pain. They will also help you post surgery or if you have any questions at all. If you have any problems with your teeth this is definitely the clinic you need to visit. Very friendly, professional and organized. You will automatically feel in a safe hands due to their friendly and professional atmosphere. The driver will also pick you up and you are treated as a VIP guest. A++++

Sep 16,2021I have been wanting to get a smile makeover for years and finally decided to make it happen this year. I had looked at a lot of reviews online before I decided to reach out to Smile Dental Turkey. From the very first interaction when initially reaching out, right through to the end result was so easy and straight forward. Everything was taken care of from the Hotel, transfers to and from the Airport and transfers to and from every dental appointment. This made planning a lot easier. The only thing I had to do was book my flights. The Hotel that was booked was great & staff were great, rooms were comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again. The dental clinic itself was brand new & state of the art, you are made feel at ease as soon as you enter & everything is planned out and you are taken through the whole process ahead of time so you can ask any additional questions. Deniz & the team keep you informed every step of the way, they are in constant communication and always available for any questions or concerns. The treatment itself was very straight forward from what I expected it to be, the pain was minimal. I am extremely happy with the finished result; I couldn’t have asked for better! If you are considering getting dental work done, I would 100% recommend Smile Dental Turkey.

The staff are the most helpful, kind and friendly people, they made us feel safe and completely at ease from the minute we arrived. The new clinic is amazing, so new, clean and modern. Aug 11,2021Nach sehr langem Überlegen habe ich mich dazu entschieden meine sehr schrägen Zähne richten zu lassen. Und bei smile dental ist man wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben. Egal ob es der Transfer vom Flughafen in das hotel ist, oder vom hotel in die Klinik alles läuft reibungslos ab, man muss sich um nichts kümmern. Es sind wirklich alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett und kümmern sich gut um einen. Ich hatte wirklich schräge und versetzte Zähne und hätte niemals gedacht dass sie so ein ergebnis hin bekommen. Das gute ist auch dass man merkt dass es hier nicht um das Geld geht sondern um die Zufriedenheit der Kunden. Man kann über alles reden, es wird alles berücksichtigt. Und es wird wirklich nur so viel gemacht wie gemacht werden muss. Auf jeden Fall würde ich wieder diesen Schritt gehen und auch jedem der das selbe Problem hat empfehlen. Danke nochmal an das ganze Team für den Aufenthalt bei euch.

Aug 04,2021The service was truly outstanding - and I run an international business coaching retailers on how to deliver world class service! Everything was incredible - right from my first interaction with the client care team on Instagram through to our first face to face meeting at the clinic. I was given my own private room to relax and recover in-between treatments (tv, netflix, x-box, comfy sofa, balcony etc). Onur was simply amazing - so caring and considerate to any request. My dentist Ria was the best! Her attention to detail was fantastic; I had a few rounds of 'try on' sessions for my crowns and each time she would assess in great detail how the fit was, the bite, the look of the smile and more. As a nervous patient I came to relax very quickly. The Manager guided me through the process, we spoke at length about my teeth situation and he perfectly explained the options available for me, there was zero pressure and I felt completely at ease and in control. I cannot praise the entire team enough! My treatment started on a Monday with the x-rays, consultation and shaving process. 2 hours later, I was fitted with temporary teeth. I came back on Wednesday for a first fitting then 2 more fittings on Thursday. Friday my permanent teeth were fixed within 45 minutes and my smile has been pretty much fixed ever since then! I'm delighted with the outcome and cannot wait to see the team again next year for a catch-up. If you've been thinking about a treatment here, go for it. You'll be highly cared for, and hugely satisfied with the outcome, 100%

Aug 03,2021My smile makeover is something that I considered ever since I was a teenager. But it took me 6 years to finally get the procedure because I was unsure about travelling aboard for medical treatment, and obviously it's difficult to obtain cosmetic surgery on the NHS. I must say Smile Dental Turkey treated me very well. I stayed at a beautiful hotel provided by them. They provided me with a driver to and from the dentist. They also arranged for a hotel transfer. The team are able to hold a conversation in English. This was an important factor for me personally. The treatment itself was a bit painful, I knew that beforehand so I travelled with my own over the counter medication. I am someone who laughs a lot but before I would always cover my smile. Now I can't stop showing everyone my new smile. Overall, I feel like I have a family in Antalya now. Once this covid situation is over I'm definitely coming back to visit ❤

Jun 30,20213 weeks ago I travelled to Antalya to get my veneers in Smile Dental Turkey. Before my appointment was booked they informed me about what price it would be, I had to send the information from my flight and they arranged the hotel for the time I was there, the transfer from the airport to the hotel, transfer from the hotel to the clinic and back EVERY SINGLE TIME, and from the hotel to the airport when I left. The transfer was great and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The clinic? I must say that I was kinda nervous because it was all new to me. But every single person out there was absolutely friendly, very very helpful and they cared a lot!! They asked me what I expected or definitely wanted to be changed about my teeth, I could choose the color and shape of my veneers, and they gave me temps for the day I had in between appointments. The 3rd appointment ( the second day) they showed me my new teeth and asked if I wanted to change anything about it. They didn't have to for me but they saw a little detail that wasn't perfect for them so they changed that. The only time I felt pain in the whole process was when they "glued" my new teeth on my natural teeth because I had gum contouring. They gave me pain killers and other things for my new teeth so I would be comfortable, and I literally was the entire time. For a very shy person like me, this was a great experience!! I never expected my teeth to be the way I wanted them too, but I would recommend this clinic to everyone who's insecure about their teeth or has bad teeth. Are there any "bad" things about them? For me not really, but if you don't like to be picked up quickly after your appointment because the driver is kinda in a rush, then this is the only less good thing. Also the after communication is a little off as when you were there they could reply immediately and now I have had questions and it took them 2 weeks to reply.. Score: 10/10, without a doubt. I love you (and Antalya!!!) and thank you so much guys ❤️ Because of you I smile a lot more!!

The professionals at smile dental turkey did an AMAZING job and the post care is superb. I highly highly recommend this team. I am very happy I decided to work with them. 12/10 stars.
