Jun 06,2021Ich habe heute vor genau 3 Monate neue Zähne von "Smile Dental Turkey" bekommen, und ich bin wirklich Vollstens zufrieden damit :) Ich habe 24 Kronen in EW00 bekommen, die sehen Super aus und fühlen sich Wunderbar an, eigentlich wie normale Zähne, man fühlt ganz normal wenn man Beißt / isst oder sogar z.b. kälte von einem Eis als währen es meine Natürlichen Zähne :) Kontakt erfolgte zuerst über Whatsapp, dann habe ich zeitnah einen Termin bekommen und bin in die Türkei gereist. In der Türkei war auch alles bestens, vom Shuttle Service / Hotel und natürlich die Praxis sowie das Personal, alles sehr Hochwertig und sehr Freundlich. Bei der Behandlung selbst konnte ich dem Personal sofort Vertrauen da es sehr Professionell wirkte und gearbeitet hat. Schmerzen hatte ich während der Behandlung garnicht, das schlimmste war vielleicht die Betäubungsspritze, also sehr wenig. Vor der Behandlung hatte ich Schlimme Schmerzen beim Essen, jetzt mit den neuen Zähnen kann ich alles Essen was ich möchte, ganz Schmerzfrei :) Auch hatte ich vorher ganz schlimme Zähne, ich konnte nicht Lachen ohne mir die Hand vor den Mund zu halten und ich habe nicht gerne mit anderen Leuten gesprochen da ich mich für meine Zähne geschämt habe, das gehört jetzt alles der Vergangenheit an, jetzt kann ich ohne Probleme lachen und Sprechen. Sprachlich würde ich schon empfehlen das man etwas Englisch sprechen und verstehen kann, das vereinfacht das ganze, auch den Aufenthalt wenn man z.b. zum Strand geht. Die 5 tage Reise war eigentlich wie ein kleiner Urlaub mit Zahnarzt Terminen :) Sehr angenehm alles. Im Vergleich zu Deutschland habe ich knappe 20.000€ gesparrt. Beste Grüße

When I arrived I was welcomed very kindly. the staff are all friendly and give you a warm welcome. the doctor and the others take away your fear of the dentist with their professional but also familiar way. the doctor will respond to your wishes and ideas so that you will be completely satisfied later. I would always choose the clinic. I'm super Happy with my Result.

Apr 24,2021I came all the way from Los Angeles California to Antalya for dental work in smile dental Turkey . I was really impressed how professional they are . The coordinator was very responsive and explained to me everything , he made sure that all the amenities are available to me as we discussed before my arrival . My procedure was done by doctor Ruya . She is beyond good and has a gold hands , did not feel a thing during the whole process and she listened to all my inquiries and needs . If you want to enjoy a beautiful city with warm welcoming and new smile I highly recommend dental smile Turkey , it left me with awesome memories and good experience. Thanks to the whole team of the clinic and hope to see you very soon for a follow up .

Feb 07,2021I began my journey through Instagram which was daunting at first, but smile dental literally reassured me and could not do enough for us, flying during a pandemic ensuring we was kept safe and up to date with any changes or issues regarding my treatment. On arrival and during our stay they was on hand day and night to support us and answer any questions or worries we had when we was not in the dentist. Changed my life having a smile I can be proud of and I could not thank the team enough and have recommended them to numerous friends and will continue to do so :)

Jan 25,2021went over for a week in November, was picked up like they said at the airport, was kept in constant communication. Very clean, very professional, very good value for money. One thing, dont take Scottish Bank notes.They dont get the same exchange rate as Sterling.

Dec 12,2020From start to finish I was looked after well. Whatever treatment, large or small you are treated the same. Nice to be treated as a person and not a number, and my final results (teeth) I'm very happy with. A bit of advice, although I'm happy with my colour, when picking you shade of colour, always go one less...They are always whiter in your mouth than on a chart or sample!

Nov 20,2020Fantastic service. I visited turkey for 6 nights alone and had a wonderful experience. Positives that excelled my expectations; - You are assigned a personal contact (usually Deniz) who's english communication and charm are both top notch. If you need anything dental related or otherwise during your trip, he literally gets back to you immediately, 24/7. Such a comfort when traveling abroad for dental work. - Transfers from airport & to/from dentist are great. Keep an eye out for the shooting stars on the ceiling of the dentist transfer vehicle! So Turkey! - The checking process is very thorough, they give you time to ensure you're happy. If you have the time, stay 7days minimum, just in case you want extra changes. Luckily I was happy and got everything done in time. - The dentists and assistants are super friendly, skilled, and patient. They make the process more enjoyable and you feel in safe hands. - The practise is extremely clean. - I did not want to look like I had "turkey teeth" ie. big extra white teeth aka fake teeth! I explained this and they took extra care to ensure I felt happy with the results+that they had heard this from me, I felt in safe hands here. - COVID wise - it felt very safe. Everyone distances, there's lots of hand washing opportunities, everyone is in masks. Turkey airport is spacious and felt as safe as it could do. - You get your own waiting room that's for you the entire trip Key things for others to know which I didnt realise until I was there; - It's useful to really look at the shape, size & colour shades of teeth before you travel to turkey. Ask SMILE to send these though or simply google - then you can take more time ensuring you really know what you want. - You have the shaving process on day 1 in turkey, then have 48hrs to yourself to wait with temp teeth in. During this time your teeth are pretty sensitive, but it's not disabling - you can go see the sights etc, just dont eat anything chewy (pasta/soup vibes! There's a frozen yoghurt spot a few doors down from the hotel too!). There's so much to do in the area, so pre book some activities and make the most of things. I had a hammam, went sightseeing in Kaleici, hiked to some waterfalls, went to a beach club close to the hotel - all were amazing and made it more of a trip with some dental work, rather than just a dental trip. - The hotel is just ok. I didnt realise you could upgrade and pay extra to stay elsewhere. If you're used to 4star and above, definitely do that as the standard hotel is 3-4star level - totally ok, but not luxurious by any means, especially as you want to relax there post treatment, so this is something I will 100% do when I return to SMILE in future. - Coming home from Turkey - there are around 3-4 security checkpoints in Antalya airport atm (due to COVID), so make sure you get to airport 2.5hrs before your flight! Honestly - these guys exceeded my expectations - I know the amount of +ve reviews almost feels too good to be true on trustpilot but it's all correct, and now I have an amazing new smile as a result <3

Nov 19,2020Couldn’t recommend Smile Dental enough, from the second I got in contact on Instagram to now being home and receiving follow up messages to check all is well. I was thoroughly informed of the treatment, where I would be staying, updated on times and transfers. I was welcomed at the airport by their transfer service and taken directly to my hotel. Picked up and dropped back for every appointment. The clinic is so clean snd everyone is so friendly, I felt so comfortable and in very able hands. All the staff were lovely, Onur was exceptionally helpful during the booking and answering all questions, and the Deniz was always at the end of the phone if needed and arranged all the pick ups and explained treatment. The treatment itself was no where near as painful as I thought. And now I have the most perfect smile Iv always hoped for, I am so happy I got in touch. I have 10 crown/vaneers at the top and 12 below.. with a hygienic bridge because I lost a front tooth which is why I originally got in touch. Because of the bridge I didn’t have to have any invasive implants and completely avoided that trauma. So for the price of one implant here until the Uk I have now got a brand new smile and I am so happy. Thank you smile dental turkey

Nov 12,2020I can not recommend this place enough - right from he start they were professional and easy to deal with. Deniz - what a fantastic guy. I needed implants , bone graft sinus lift and 20+ zirc crowns. I was collected at the airport, stayed in a great hotel in a great area. Collected in a lovely VIP van each morning. Deniz even took me to his barbers for a haircut! The surgery was spotless, the staff, dentist, surgeon and Lab tech - All incredible, top of the range equipment. I have had treatment in the UK and this is by far the best i have ever had. They have specialists for all areas of your treatment, the teeth are made on site lab, not shipped off to a 3rd party lab like they would in the UK. Like anything there are good places and bad places in any country. The smile dental in Turkey is dental excellence at its best!

Jun 26,2021I can’t recommend them enough! I came all the way from USA. Denize and his team made sure everything went perfect. I just can’t say thank you enough! The company even paid for my trip to other city which was 3 hours away, that was just so nice of them. Not talking about my perfect teeth which I always get compliments. They are definitely perfectionist! I would pay about $ 25 g for this in USA. And it’s just the most nicest people you’ll ever meet in your life. Definitely will be back to do any dental work, no matter how far away is it, it’s definitely worth it, and you can enjoy beautiful Turkey while you’re doing your dental work. B. T. W.
