Great service from Burscough shop they didn't have the TV that we wanted in stock but they put us on a waiting list as soon as it came in they phoned us and it was delivered and installed in days the delivery man even set up my guarantee for us as I'm not very good with technology

Needed a new dishwasher to avoid a Christmas meltdown when my current one went on strike! Always try to shop local & Smith's had a great selection available for next day delivery at the same price as major online retailers. Had an online question answers in minutes & a call the next morning to arrange the delivery. Guys who delivered were super helpful & very pleasant. Product was 1st calls. Everything you needed & full instructions. Easy to install myself into the existing pipework, & was up & running that evening.

Great value on my much needed new Bosch Oven. Did not need to look at the big names but found the experience of shopping Local brilliant. Smiths price match. Better delivery price than the big names. Delivery guys friendly and professional. Really pleased with whole experience.

Unfortunately I need to give them 1 star. I bought TV Samsung s95c, in couple days later I realised that I have random black screen for 2-3 sec ( blackouts) using HDMI. Common issue with this TV. I send them mail that I would like to return item as faulty. They didn't respond at all. After 5 days I called them to ask about my mail. They finally answered but after few mail's they stop answering again...

Excellent speedy service. I have recently moved to the area and urgently needed a new washing machine and dryer. Both were delivered and installed within days of moving in. One big headache sorted due to Smith’s efficiency.
