Feb 03,2024Smiths TV provided excellent service and customer care throughout our online purchase. Our washing machine gave up the ghost after 10 years of service just as we were preparing to have a new kitchen installed. Having already been let down by another company we were eager to get a machine installed before work began and we wanted a specific machine that would be eco-friendly, quiet and fit in with the new colour scheme in the new kitchen. Despite living miles away in Central Scotland we were able to buy and have the new machine delivered and installed within 3 days, all for a cheaper price than Amazon etc.. Smiths friendly and clear communication was excellent and reassured us after a major letdown from others. Their delivery staff sent numerous communication to keep us up to date with the expected delivery time and were able to phone and offer us an earlier delivery than first suggested. They removed all packaging, installed the machine, removed our old faithful machine, tidied any mess and made sure everything was working to our satisfaction before they left. I would highly recommend Smiths TV to anyone and fully expect to use their excellent service for any future appliance purchases. Thank you for a very positive customer experience.

Jan 31,2024Went into Smiths in Burscough, Mark was extremely helpful and explained the difference between the vast array of TV’s on the market. There was no pressure selling! We went home and did our research! Rang several days later and as promised they price matched. Had TV delivered and set up by Tom and Mark this morning. They were very pleasant and helpful. It is refreshing to get good old fashioned service. Would highly recommend.
