The gentleman in the shop was very helpful when I went into the shop to look at washing machines. I had looked on line but couldn't see the difference in colours. They hadn't got what I thought I wanted, but had one delivered to the shop that afternoon for me to look at.

Last year I needed to buy a new TV as my faithful Samsung flat screen with over 12 years service began developing some issues. After some research into models and options that would suit my needs I decided on an LG 48" model, which Smiths TV had listed on their website and at the best price I could see if any stockists. I therefore placed an order. However, the next day I was contacted by Smiths to let me know that the specific model I had ordered was no longer in stock. This was disappointing but fortunately Smith's had stock of a newer model replacing the one I wanted and due to the inconvenience offered it to.me.for a great price which I went for. Throughout the companies staff were easy to contact via email and telephone and the delivery was easy to set up and track via their chosen courier. Fantastic price on the Samsung QLED 2022! The TV is perfect! Delivered quickly and safely! I didn’t receive a tracking for this product however, so I did have to stay in all day to make sure I received it, but otherwise fantastic service! The free 6 year extended warranty from Smiths is fantastic too.

Hadn't heard of Smiths TV before searching for a new 43" Samsung. Very competitively priced and I'm always keen to support an independant retailer. Even better when I found they're partnered with Quidco so a bit of cashback too. Next day delivery was super speedy! Delighted with purchase, no hesitation in highly recommending. Big thumbs up from me!

Charged ninety pounds to slide slot in cooker into housing. Old cooker had been disconnected and taken away before they delivered new oven

Ordering procedure was simple. Price was great and delivery free. When delivery went awry I got through to someone from Smiths promptly. Seems the courier company made a mistake and hence delivery was delayed by a few working days. Happy with the Bosch's washing machine series 4 I purchased.

We bought a washing machine recently from Smiths TV. It arrived within 2 days of ordering. We were very impressed with the service, it was installed perfectly into our kitchen and really quick too!
