Nov 27,2023Ordered a TV from Smiths TV on Fri. Order confirmed by email and payment taken. On Mon, received an email (no phone call) from Smiths TV saying the item was “booked into stock in error”, with “no alternatives available”, so the order was cancelled and a refund should be with me within 2 days. A very disappointing experience.

Nov 24,2023Smiths TV provided the most competitive price, along with prompt, free delivery. I had to check they were legitimate as I hadn't heard of them. I hope they overtake the better-known brands.

Nov 23,2023After much searching for a suitable soundbar, I came across Smiths TV selling the one I had chosen. Although not a company with whom I had previously dealt, the reviews all appeared to be good so I placed an order. The price was very competitive compared with other companies from whom I have previously purchased. The item was despatched promptly, delivery date options being offered at the point of order. I was kept informed of the order and delivery progress throughout and the item was delivered on the date and at the time advised. I will have no hesitation is looking at Smiths TV for future purchases.

Nov 18,2023I have never used this company before and was looking for a specific tumble drier that seemed to be out of stock with companies I would normally have used so decide to give Smiths TV a go. I was a little sceptical, but I should not have worried. It was easy to place the order and it included free next day delivery. I was kept up to date from order to delivery. I was given a 2 hour delivery slot and was able to track the delivery van. I was phoned by the delivery team when they were close and they delivered my item with care. Was there anything that could have been improved? In this instance I could not fault the service! Would I use SmithsTV again? Definitely!!
