Oct 26,2023Did not honour price for washer/drier quoted on line. Charged £181 for extended 5 year warranty whereas Bosch charged £89 for similar policy. Did not deliver machine on date requested. The only good thing about this transaction was that the 2 delivery men were very helpful. I think that purchasers should be aware that bosch's own warranty is identical to the one provided by Smiths TV

I needed to make sure the model I chose would fit into the existing kitchen space and having Alistair able to visit my house and double check the aperture before ordering meant I could be confident it would. On the day of the delivery Alistair was super careful taking the old model out and fitting the new one. Really pleased with the customer service and would recommend.
