Sep 15,2023On ordering a Samsung television was unfortunately told there were no new options available but was offered an “as new” display model with the addition of a goodwill discount. Customer service was prompt and very helpful.

Sep 15,2023From start to finish an example for other firms to follow. The salesman could not have been more helpful & spent a long time explaining the different operating systems, which made it easy to pick the model my Wife & I required. The installation engineers were once again more than helpful, & nothing was too much trouble. If you live in Ainsdale do use Smith`s for your electrical goods.

Sep 06,2023As per your online receipt it states you will contact me to arrange delivery unfortunately I have ordered twice from you online recently and on both occasions I was not contacted to give me any idea of when the delivery will be made and on both occasions it was delivered just before 5pm so I was waiting in all day. It might be an idea to either make delivery arrangements online or amend your wording on the online order receipt. Otherwise the website and the online ordering was fine and went without a problem.
