Sep 13,2023From start to finish this has been a fantastic company to deal with. They were honest and transparent about the prices and their costs etc from the start, no hidden costs. They were faultless on their communication and so much better than any of the other fast sale companies I’d dealt with. There were numerous hiccoughs along the way, due to the awful buyers solicitor and nothing to do with Smoothsale. Sophie, in Sales Progression could not have been more helpful. She did everything possible to advance things and was outstanding in her support and communication. I can’t thank her enough and if it wasn’t for her this would have been a million times harder. She gave me as much time as needed and worked tirelessly every day to overcome the problems not of her or Smoothsales making. Smoothsale, and Sophie in-particular, have been a fantastic company to deal with and I’d recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

May 05,2023Totally disgusted with this company. If you value your privacy, do not trust them!! They displayed my house number online for all to see (when not a single other listing shows the house number - for obvious reasons!!) and promised not to display internal photos online, just to get me on board, then ignored that and displayed them anyway. Steer clear, do not trust!! If I could've given a zero star rating, I would've. I've already had some unwanted phone calls as a result of them displaying my information online!!

Apr 21,2023Sophie and Zak was really helpful I had one worry previous buyers of our property said they couldn't do it in time that's why we went down this route.on one visit the builder had the previous buyers logo on so I asked Zak he assured me it wouldn't be them. Now I see my property advertised to let by the previous buyers and we lost out by quite a few thousand not sure how this could happen
