Sep 05,2024I've utilized their services numerous times and hadn't had a problem until today. My 100 days expired on Friday the 30th, I called today to pay in full and had to pay an additional 500.00 dollars because I passed the time frame?! I didn't need a 30 day extension, and this past Monday was a holiday! The amount charged for being q couple of days over is excessive and I will no longer utilize their services again. You've lost a long time customer and advocate.

Sep 03,2024I fell behind on payments the agreement was to start back on the $72.50 dollars payment well $865.00 was remove from my account instead I call on the 30th and was told to call back in 3days and if the money cleared my account I would get it back I call back on the third of September and was told to wait for another 1to 3 days I'm in a very bad place because they removed funds thats weren't supposed to be moved

Aug 29,2024Lo peor , de pagar por años bien y siempre estar aprobado por $5,000 un dueño de mueblería me entrego toda mi mercancía de fornitura para mi casa dañada , rayada y faltando varios artículos y enviándole evidencia de todo , SNAP FINANCE más nunca Quiso aprobarme y me deniega todas las aplicaciones , No sirve no como financiera ni cómo resolver problemas a clientes 👎👎👎 The worst The worst, after paying well for years and always being approved for $5,000, a furniture store owner gave me all my home furnishings damaged, scratched and missing several items and sent him evidence of everything, SNAP FINANCE never again wanted to approve me and denied all my applications, It is useless not as a financial institution or to solve problems for clients 👎👎👎

Aug 28,2024Even 0star. They are cheating customer. It's totally scam company. Do not use this company. Someday i check my balance than was shock because they are starting charged interest. I call Bodyshop than asked them you said i don't need to pay interest if i pay off with in 100days. They said yes and gave me there phone number. I call them and i felt this company totally crime . 1.they said i cancel autopay and didn't paid in 10 days so we removed 100 days no interest. Incorrect. i didn't canceled or didn't removed my autopay day , The first lady tole me might be something wrong like it was error. 2.But when i spoke one of there supervisor name is DIANA 455 she said you cancel yourself of course she didn't prove i made it. Her customer service really bad didn't listen to me , only she keep said unfortunately, you must pay interest which is 135%. 3.The other supervisor name was sally i keep talk to her i didn't cancel or remove my date it's unfair to charged interest around $500 only less than one months. She mention me than we have to investigation because i couldn't find you cancel at that time. Than why you charged me interest and why DIANA talk me i am for sure you cancel? Its your company mistake also even if i cancel the autopay why you didn't notoice me ? Other company contact me as soon as thought email or text when changed something.. I didn't receive anything like cancel or starting charge interest ..... Nothing notice me and just charged interest and also they keep point me and said it's your fault. Unbelievable this company. 4.SO JUST YOUR SYSTEM ERROW AND STARTING CHARGED AROUNF 135% INTEREST WITHOUT ANY MENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMER ? Is it joke? Do not choose this company . They are totally scam. Sally didn't give me her any information like employee number or direct number. I will update later.
