Aug 22,2024Made a purchased, setup for automatic payments. Thee app gave me a early buy off for 7/15/24 and I paid the payoff amount on 7/14/24 and received an email on confirmation of payoff. They tried to draft from my account again and had it locked, I called them and they stated the amount didn't reflect with the payment due. I resolved the issue with my bank and made that payment, they stated I had to call in the payment, on top of that they took another payment out.

Aug 21,2024I went in to the store and filled out my SNAP application while there. The process was quick and easy. I also had applied with another company at the same time. The reason I chose SNAP over the other one was their customer service. After the normal automated choices, a real person answered, was not (or did not seem to be) in a hurry. He answered all of my questions in a very pleasant professional manner. I called the other place for price and fee comparison, I was on hold (while sitting in the store) for 27 minutes and when the guy came on the line he didn't want to answer my questions, he said "you can find answers on the app" I said NO, I have been on hold for 27 minutes and I'm in the store. He was not helpful and did not care. That made my decision, I went with SNAP. I've had to call SNAP customer service since my initial contact, same thing, great phone service. I definitely recommend them.

Aug 19,2024Have made several purchases using SNAP. I had an emergency situation on a costly vehicle repair and SNAP was there to help me out. Have also used SNAP to obtain new tires for 2 vehicles. Don’t hesitate to apply for SNAP if available. They have payment options available, I use the 90 payback without interest. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aug 15,2024This company is not a good place to get a credit card through. I have a disabled mother and she was told something completely different about the amount due on her card. I than called them to find out why their was added charges and the customer services person refused to listen let alone get me a higher up manager. When I finally got a new manager she was not any better, infect she called my mother a Lier and said their customer services people would never give incurrent information. Making them look perfect when they are far from that. She also said that if my mom did not pay the full amount she would be changed another fee, on top of the already 240.00 charge she accrued, which would be almost 260.00 she cant afford that and this was just a five day span. I mean who could offered that being in the world we live in. So now we have to pay the full amount of the new charge. In my opinion this company not only doesn't care about there customers but they also steal from their customers with these extra changes. I know for our family we will NEVER use this company for anything ever again. Please if you have a card be carful with the extra surprise fees they put on because they are nothing but thief's.

Aug 09,2024I am so disappointed I had a massive stroke right before my 100 day cut off. I thought I paid off my loan but they said I was a payment short didn’t receive notice till after I got out of the hospital, tried calling to see if anyone could help me out, after using them for over a 10 year period always paying my loan off before the cut off. Nobody cared about my situation of being ill, tried showing them the paperwork of me being hospitalized with not being able to use none of my left side. Nobody cares anymore he said it could be 2 dollars less and it would still be the same. So rude and mean a company shoulld have better customer service than that
