I decided as a last resort to contact SNO to see if they could help. Richard answered the phone call and then spent the next week or so going above and beyond to find a suitable ski holiday for me. Greg has been so helpful as I needed to add a couple after I had made the initial booking and this was achieved without any issues at all. The price achieved was a little cheaper than going direct to a well known ski holiday provider. So, so far so good, will let you know more once we come back

Jan 18,2025This was the first skiing holiday as a large family group of 8 adults and five small children we had booked with Sno. Greg could not have been more helpful and made the whole process easy from beginning to end. He suggested suitable catered chalets taking into account the proximity of ski school, village, shops, transfer times etc and his communication was quick and covered all the points raised. Very happy with everything and can’t wait to speak to his colleagues to book ski school, ski passes and equipment. Excellent service from beginning to date. A big thank you Greg.

Jan 17,2025We approached Richard Tasker @SNO to book a family ski trip for 5 - we did have a look around, but little time to finalise or know which options we had given our requirements. Richard was very timely in his responses, and eventually found us a holiday at a significantly cheaper price than what we had found initially (same location and accommodation). We have not been on this trip yet - so can add to this in a few months. Yet, for now, Richard has been really helpful in taking the stress out of the various bits you need to align (flights, transfers, accommodation, ski passes), which are often even more frustrating when travelling with kids.
