Jan 07,2025Sno was recommended to me by a friend. Booking for a group of 4 we weren't exactly sure what or where to choose and with a combination of twin and single rooms it was complicated. I rang Sno and spoke to George who was just amazing. He took all our needs and came up with several options for us, with a very detailed breakdown of costs. We eventually chose what suited us best and we now have exactly what we wanted, in Cervinia at a very reasonable cost. Every time I rang and spoke to George, he was incredibly patient and kind and had a good sense of humour too! All communications throughout both with George, other staff, whether email or phone call was dealt with very quickly and courteously. I am more than happy with the service I received from Sno, from start to finish and will definitely be using them again next seaon. Thank you so much George!

Jan 06,2025They were so helpful and knowledgeable about our needs, and what we required from our ski trip. No enquiry was to difficult and there was always plenty of options to consider. It was never an issue or problem to change parts of the qoute and the aftercare suppport has been fanatstic. would i book again with SNO? Most definitely!

Jan 05,2025Jack is brilliant and very knowledgeable about ski holidays and ClubMed In particular. He is very timely with responding especially by email. Have used SNO for 3 years in a row now. You can split payments too after paying a deposit which certainly helped me with sheer cost of skiing these days but like BA, final payment needs to be in a good while before travel. I really recommend SNO and particularly recommend Club Med as although expensive up front, it is all inclusive including all food and transfers, lift pass, all day lessons etc etc and you don’t have to pay for anything (bar ski hire which is fine in-house). As it is a French outfit, food and wine quality very good especially in their restaurants on the mountains. We always go Feb half term

We have a little one with several allergies (8 in total!), and Greg went above and beyond to ensure that the accommodation worked for him. The chalets are always as described, the service has been excellent, and the teams are always helpful and ready to sort out any issues that may arise.
