I was then introduced to Thea and she has been in more or less constant contact with me walking me through each step and also making things easy for me. Very impressed with both members of staff and would rate them both at 5 star.

After a terrible initial experience as a first time buyer , the team at sold can not do enough to reassure me and offer any help and support. I initially dealt with Lee McNess and Thea Willsmore who were fantastic. But a particular mention to Tina Arkan who has been on hand for several weeks now, working hard behind the scenes to make sure we are on target with the sale. Tina is always keeping me up-to date at every step of the way throughout the sale without prompt and always more than happy to answer any questions I have .
