Mary Ioannou had been our first point of contact and she has been nothing short of wonderful. Our house move was slightly more complicated and stressful than we expected, due to taking place over the Christmas period and she guided us through the process making the experience much easier and quicker. Jan 25,2019Sold were working on behalf of the vendor however they could not have made me feel more comfortable and were very easy to deal with. My contact was very friendly and kept me up to date on what was happening- I had various queries about the property before agreeing to purchase and she was excellent at liaising between the parties concerned to get an agreement between us! There was a very short delay in communications concerning one situation around Christmas time but I suspect it was due to holidays and the time of year plus (since I am a first time buyer) it wasn’t (in real terms) a long wait but rather me being impatient and excited! Emails were answered very promptly, my queries were acknowledged and time scales given for expected resolution plus regular telephone contact all made me feel like a valued customer! In any case I’d like to thank Sold for making my first experience as a First-Time Home Buyer very straight forward and friendly- I had no idea of what to expect during the process and I’d recommend you to my friends and family with no hesitation! Well done for providing a great caring service and successfully working with both parties in the professional way you did - very impressed!

Jan 22,2019Sold.Co Have been extremely professional and helpful in helping me sell my property I have not sold a property before so was very nervous but they have supported me all the way They have been very pro-active and kept me informed at every step The sale has been particularly complex due to paperwork issues but they have guided and supported me at each step In particular their Sales Progressor Mary Ioannou has been absolutley brilliant She has responded to every query I have sent and has also updated me at every step. She has been an excellent communicator with myself and the Buyer and the Buyer's Solicitors. She has really kept me calm in stressful situation. She knows her role inside out and has made the process as relaxed as it could have been. She is absolutely excellent both as a person and a professional

Jan 18,2019Before deciding to sell my property with Sold.co.uk, I had some reservations. Some of the other reviews that I read about the We Buy Any Home companies were quite concerning, saying things like "they lie to you about the figures" or "they changed the price last minute". I can only write a review on my experience with sold.com. To avoid paying the increased Stamp Duty on a new home I wanted to purchase, I found myself under pressure to sell my property in Plymouth. I tried what I consider a conventional/High Street estate agent, I had over 20 viewings and not one offer, the property was over priced for a quick sale. I called We Buy Any Home and agreed an new price and referred to Sold.co.uk. The viewings started immediately and within 2/3 weeks I had an offer. It was at this point I first had dealings with Mary, once your receive an offer Mary was my main point of contact at Sold.co.uk. The usual negotiations commenced and I accepted an offer, although this was below my initial agreed price I felt that it was a good price and in my best interests to accept. The sale of the house took slightly longer than estimated, mainly due to solicitors dragging their feet. That being said the support and advice I received from Mary over the next phase of the sale was invaluable, she is highly competent and did her upmost to keep me informed of progress as much as possible. In my opinion, Mary, is the critical success factor at the Sold.co.uk. To summarise, initially I had my reservations; however, the sound and honest advice I received from Mary during the sale of my property ensured I achieve my end result of avoiding paying the additional Stamp Duty whilst achieving a fair price for my property based on a need for a quick sale.

Mary has been my main point of contact and she is such a lovely lady and works so hard for all parties involved. I would highly recommend using this estate agents to buy or sell your property.

I was so happy to have mary ioannou at the end of the phone to keep me updated at each stage. she is a credit to your company. she was always friendly,but professional . always calm and recissuring and obviously competent. I could always talk to her at this stressful time whilst I was also undergoing gruelling chemotherapy and in and out of hospital . she is so kind and and has a lovely empathy. thank you once again sold.co.uk and of course you to mary

Mary was absolutely fantastic, felt like i was talking to a friend and not an estate agent. She helped make the experience a good one, she explained to me every step of the way what was going on etc. I would definately recommend Sold.com.

Viewing was never a problem and Mary was brilliant from start to finish in pushing both sets of solicitors along and helping overcome difficulties. The only improvement I would suggest is that the pictures on rightmove did not do the property justice, it was much nicer.
