Apr 04,2025We have battled with estate agents for the past 6 months looking for a house for our family. When we saw the house advertised with sold.co.uk we were unfamiliar with them and how they work. I can honestly say save yourself stress and purchase with this company. The house prices are realistically and fairly priced, the service we have received is fantastic ( shout out to Dahnish ) and 100% definitely use the solicitors they recommend. At every stage they have been informative , courteous and honest. The house buying process has gone so smoothly and quickly which has been such a relief. We viewed the property end of March this year ( think 19th of March ) and as of today 4th of April have been told the contracts will be sent out next week. We are very much looking forward to moving in and enjoying our family home with our two small children.

Apr 04,2025Keep well away from this online estate agent. I requested a viewing for a house in Somerset. I had to phone them numerous times for an update of THEIR progress in arranging with their local viewing agent for a viewing. I could only be in the area on a certain day and they did not see their would be a problem. They promised to inform me by close of work yesterday. They eventually emailed me this morning to say that they would only be able to arrange a viewing on a suggested list of dates and times. There is only one house on their listing for Somerset, so I definitely do not think their local viewing agent is over worked or overbooked! Read their negative reviews on Trustpilot and you will get an idea of this firm’s shoddy customer care!

Through one of the most stressful transitions of my life, Ella was the only person who consistently checked in on me, reassured me, and guided me every step of the way. She went above and beyond her role—not because she had to, but because she genuinely cares. While others did the bare minimum, she did everything in her power to make sure I was informed, supported, and never left me feeling alone in this process. She spent so much of her time (though I’d never call it wasted) just to make sure I was okay, and I will never forget that. I will be making my way to the Ombudsman to see how i can report these guys for having such business practices and thanks to the rest of the reviewers here confirming my suspicions. They really push you hard into chosing their conveyancy services and they add the ending...if you chose our services this could add lot more weight to your offer...guess what, we didn't and despite having made a strong offer (their own words) our offer was rejected. Trully harsh trading policies.DO NOT USE

Really good communication throughout, didn't need to chase for updates and made what is usually a very stressful process feel so easy! Also really recommend the solicitors they may advise you to instruct (XYZ Law) as the communication between them and sold.co.uk is also fantastic. Thank you both so much, fantastic experience with these agents 😊

Feb 20,2025What can i say ! Sold was very professional Ella and her team was always just on the other end of the phone or email. Weekly updates and nothing was to much trouble for them. I had quite a few problems with the high street agents after weeks of messing about countless people in and out of my house we turned to sold. Within 2 weeks we had a cash offer from our buyers and everything ran smoothly afterwards. I would recommend Ella.sek to anyone in need of a quick hassle free sale. Thankyou so much SOLD

Jan 31,2025Ella Seki has been absolutely incredible. An absolute boss babe legend. She has gone above and beyond. I hope she is recognised for her hard work and awarded for it. Has truly been a shining light in my house buying process. As a first time buyer I know little of this experience, she has helped me throughout this entire process in many ways. Unfortunately I was stuck with a terrible solicitor therefore encounted many problems, problems which she resolved and kept me from going crazy. Not only did she keep me in constant update with the progression of my case, she wrote me a draft letter of complaint to my solicitors, which helped so much. She didnt have to do this, but she did, it made things so much easier and achievable. As someone with adhd, she has helped me more than she knows and truly made a positive difference. She provided me with updates from the sellers solicitors which helped me challenge my solicitor when they were not performing their due diligence. She is always fast in her communication, replies to emails immediately, calls regularly as well, communicates between myself, the seller , the solicitors. Ella genuinly cares and is a dedicated, respectful, loyal, tenacious, strong, diligent person. She has saved my sale from falling through. Literally owe her so much. More people with her drive and mindset would make the world go far and be a better place. Thank you.

In the beginning, there was a bit of a lack of communication, and I understand that every party involved is extremely busy, but communication with the client is key, especially when selling a house, which is no small matter. However, I would like to sincerely thank Ella Seki for her communication and for answering my endless questions. Selling a house may seem simple, but the amount of paperwork can be overwhelming. Despite her heavy workload, Ella responded quickly and was the only person in this entire storm of stress who kept me informed. I mentioned to Ella that her communication helped me understand my situation and what would happen next. I deeply regret that the lawyers I dealt with didn’t grasp this, and their lack of communication caused a lot of stress.

We were doing weekly reviews of how changes to listing influenced the interest of prospective buyers. It took a while because of the nature of the property but they did not give up. Ella gave it the final push to secure completion for which I can't thank her enough. Definitely recommend

I have to say Thea Willsmore was absolutely outstanding. Her communication skills, helpfulness and patience were excellent throughout this difficult sale. She went above and beyond to help this process and found her to be very empathic and understanding overall. Would definitely rate her more than 5* - what a credit to the company. I used the Solicitors they recommended too as part of the process and again found them very helpful - quick response to emails etc. Thanks you all very much in helping me sell my home and move into the home of my dreams.
