Jul 25,2023Dealing with my fathers estate took nearly a year and of all the people I had to deal with only one stood out, Amy Flint. Her customer service was fantastic, she always answered phone calls and emails promptly and if busy for some reason would call you back knowing she had missed your call. Dealt with everything really quickly and made the sale of the property so much easier at a difficult time for the family.

Tina was very proactive with the whole sale process and made sure everyone on each side is updated regularly on progress and would chase up any queries and was very helpful all the way through. I would give 6 stars if I could. The whole process of arranging a viewing, placing an offer and all the rest of it was silky smooth which helped me complete the sale with ease :)

Although this is an on-line agency you’re dealing with humans. I had lots of questions and even changed my offer price mid way through the process due to something that came to light and it was dealt with quickly and positively. Thank You Sold.co.uk and especially Amy Flint who made it a simple and enjoyable experience.
