But, friendly team, takes time to answer the queries, handles professionally, easily accessible, responsive and swift in placing the house in the market. My account manager Thea from SOLD is incredibly helpful and has good knowledge in this field.

I was initially dealt with by Sam who thoroughly explained how everything worked and gave me some time to think things over without any pressure at all. Once i decided to go ahead I was then passed onto Thea. Thea has been great in getting everything up and running & answering any questions I have had along the way. A big factor for me is how promptly she gets back to me. I am confident that the rest of my experience will be just as positive
