Great at keeping us updated, liaising with solicitors and the onward chain and he was very responsive to our emails/calls. I highly recommend Sold if you want a stress free experience when buying a house.

An example of this was when we spoke with Amy on the phone , but it was abundantly clear she was unwell. Amy advised that she was ill but was working from home. Sadly the sale of our property fell through at the last minute but Amy was consistently polite and respectful throughout. She was always in constant communication with updates, replied to calls and emails promptly, and was always polite, helpful and constructive. I would have no issues with using SOLD again.

Jan 27,2023I chose to go with SOLD because the offer was more competitive that other similar companies, one of which I withdrew from because they just weren't delivering. I was anxious however true to their word, I had a sale in 30 days and at the asking price. It's taken longer than hoped due to my above chain, and Amy has been with me all the way, negotiating the exchange and completion to support both sides, and reducing the stress. Amy has been in touch regularly and been 100% supportive with negotiation and liaison with al parties up and down the chain. This is the most reliable agency so far in all the companies I've come across to date, and courteous. Thank you Amy and the team.
