Feb 26,2021Honestly, when ordering I was a little confused about what exactly I needed for what I was doing (power supplies for the runs I was making, etc.). When it came time for Apollo to fulfill my order they called to confirm everything I was doing and helped me get all of the right products I needed. Just got the products and they were easy to work with and install. Very satisfied with everything about it!

Feb 25,2021I was worried but... they did everything I needed them to do. I couldn't find what I wanted on amazon and Solid Apollo LED delivered. They are plug and play, super easy mounting and most of all, I can set the dim level, turn them off, and when I turn them back on, they are at the correct dim level. Perfect.

Feb 13,2021I have used SA on two projects now. Both times I was very pleased with product and support. The most recent experience, I had ordered online over the weekend. Monday AM I received a call from an employee stating there were issues with compatability in my order. They walked me through options and corrected my order. Even saved me some $ in doing so! I very much appreciate their follow up and assistance. A+!

Feb 13,2021found this company online they had exactly what I needed I paid a little extra for shipping but it showed up within two business days the only reason I'm giving it four stars is because it's slightly difficult to figure out what I needed to install the product that I picked out, talk to one of the reps he was very helpful I will definitely use them again, moose...

Feb 10,2021I placed an order on Dec 23 and I received it Dec 30. I wasn't able to install the LED tape lighting until Feb 9. All of it worked well except for 1of 4 $30 transformers which was bad out of the box. When I requested a replacement transformer the company declined and wants me to return it for them to test for being faulty. Time is money and they could care less about customer satisfaction. I shouldn't have to wait what could be weeks for a $30 item. I spent over $700 on this order Including extra materials that were unnecessary that their sales department suggested that I needed. I will order a transformer from a different company so I can finish my job in a timely fashion. If you're going to do business with this company beware! Customer satisfaction and time requirements mean nothing to them once they have your money

Feb 10,2021Submitted an online order and promptly received a call by the sales staff to inform me that the channel that I had selected would not accommodate the LED end pieces, which was greatly appreciated! The order was then refunded to me and they provided me with options to achieve my desired result. My order was shipped promptly when placed.

Feb 10,2021I had some problems initially with the software program. After contacting the technical support, I was walked through the process over the phone. It took a few sessions, but was able to get all the kinks worked out. This helped tremendously. My lights are working correctly now.

I have used dozens of other companies and Solid Apollo Always makes for a better experience and turnout on projects. Feb 27,2021I was evaluating using LED lights in cove/crown moulding in a home environment, and Solid Apollo not only had a great selection of products, but the also actively made sure I had everything I needed. For example, they noted that I had not ordered (from them) a power supply to convert A/C power to the 24v DC power needed for the LED's, so they called to check if I need that -- the same day I placed the order online! (I didn't need it, as I already had one.) They also commented that I probably ought to have an aluminum strip underneath that particular hi-power LED strip since it might get a bit too warm for foam-type crown moulding. Not something I had seen on the web-site, but worth knowing about! They also reminded me to unroll the LED from the spool before hooking it up - again, because of the potential for heat. (I was planning to do that anyway, but it was nice to have the reminder.) The "Glass Touch" controller worked very nicely with the "Dynamic White" LED strips, allowing easy control of both the overall intensity of the light and the 'color' of the white light (whites ranging from warm/yellow to cool/blue). Very good for different room uses.
