Jun 04,2023Can i give them a 0 star rating???an absolute shambles!!!!when i had a.boiler breakdown in December they blind transferred me to the insurer and i was told that the insurer needed my details of cover and couldnt do anything cos as i then found out i was obviously the last call and they went off so i was.thanks to them without any heating cos w my luck it happened on 23.12 and they were then shut for the xmas&new yr period so i had to sort things out of my pocket which begs the question...what do i need an "insurance" like this for?????and now i needed to call them just to find out their office hrs are 9-5 or whatever mon-fri...so anyone if you have an emergency tell your house to hold on to working hrs cos otherwise youre screwed cos your insurer WILL need to speak to them to confirm everything regarding your cover w them!!!!!a complete disgrace!!!!needless to say im cancelling AS SOON AS THIS CONTRACT IS UP!!!!!
