My staff policy through Zurich Insurance came to an end this year as they were no longer renewing direct policies. I previously worked for Zurich insurance in the accounts department and actually dealt with Sources accounts via visits to their office then based in Penarth. They were my first point of call for a quote this year. It was great I could actually speak to a person whom answered my questions, emailed replies and called back at requested times due to my nature of work. The staff member I spoke to was Roy - he was helpful and informative, professional and patient especially when I asked him questions purely due to my insurance background.

I got in touch with an online agent to clarify some things about my policy renewal. I had many questions & all were answered clearly. The agent, Ryan, was very helpful indeed, & he dealt with me, an 80-year old, kindly & sensitively. I have insured with this company for a few years, & find them very professional & helpful.

Really good company to deal with. Today I needed to change a few things on the policy and I was able to provide everything through the chat online. Ryan was very professional and efficient. No unnecessary mails/emails or phone calls. Well done and keep up the good work.

During the time with the they have been super helpful and everything was smooth and easy. Unfortunately due to other circumstances I had to cancel my buildings insurance and they were great service was as always helpful and quick. Well done

Despite the Consumer Right Act, which they apparently seem to ignore, their contract with me included hidden fees. The Consumer Right Act clearly states:- Fees and pricing, as well as other important terms in a contract, must be both prominent and transparent. If a charge was hidden away and not brought to your attention, then a company will not be able to enforce it." It took more than 40 emails and 60 days to resolve this matter (and still they did not accept responsibility) However, they did concede in the end and I did not proceed with their policy. Thankfully I did not need to make a claim. My recommendation is to stay well clear of this company and look for a much more reputable one instead. -----Reply----- Your reply is simply not true. Your bank deducted frees, not my bank. I have confirmation of that. I stand by my opinion that you do not accept responsibility. You are free to blame others but you failed to make clear these fees before hand. Which is against the Consumer Right Act

Gavin rang me to remind me about the renewal and was relaxed and very helpful. He did not push me as other companies do and made me feel at ease. He made it very easy to explain about the renewal even though its gone up by about £10, I was still prepared to stay with Source Insurance. I will be glad to stay with Source Insurance and happy to be called again next year by Gavin.
