Sep 05,2023Rang twice about my renewal as some details wrong, 1st time male sounded really uninterested, put me on hold and 8 mins later I had to hang up, I pay 40p min! 2nd time male took details again, I told him not to put me on hold, he said he'd only be couple of mins, but 8 mins later I had to hang up again! Why do they take info then dissappear?
