And just recently our family status 186 permanent residency visa where it was approved earlier than we expected. We are so thankful and very happy with her service and for the rest of the team of Southern Cross Visa and Migration Services.

Southern Cross Visa and Migration Services has been most instrumental in our application for this Visa, attending to our queries and doubts quickly and effectively and quelling our doubts and frustrations as we waited out the years for the visa. Regular updates from Southern Cross on our status were very encouraging and timely too. All in all, our experience with them has been both memorable and fulfilling.

Apr 24,2023I was allocated Ivanna as my agent through my workplace many years ago and she has supported me to get my 482 Visa and then secondly a 190 visa for myself and my partner (de facto). It was a complex case and initially I saw no way of every becoming permenant resident! My documentation keeping skills are a mess, but Ivanna helped me to collate all of the information and select what was relevant, and held my hand through the daunting process of each visa. I couldn't have done it without her and I thank her for supporting me to find a way to stay in this lovely country.

Feb 28,2023Alfonso helped us with our work visa and subsequent permanent residency application for Australia, which we successfully obtained in the shortest time possible and without a hitch!. Its such a complicated process with subtle nuances which we would have never been able to pick up, was it not for the friendly, professional and kind guidance and advice received from Alfonso. I cannot recommend Souther Cross Visas enough. To attempt this process to permanent residency without them in your corner is too a daunting thought to even comprehend!
