Dec 04,2021I made this booking at midday and was told that the document would be picked up within 60 minutes of the order and delivered another 1.5 hours later. This would mean delivery to the recipient around 3pm. The document was collected late and not delivered until after 5 pm.

Nov 10,2021Not so speedy courier service. Booked online for a 9am pickup, no one turned up. Called customer service; apparently 9am is an estimated arrival and may be delayed by as much as an hour. This is the first and last time I will be using this company's services.
