May 28,2021I had urgent documents to send to Manchester from London, operator told me that they need an hours notice, at the time of the booking i was told the driver is in my ares, total wait time would've been almost 2 hours, cancelled the job anfd was charged £75 cancellation fees. Wouldn't use them again, would stick to the couriurs where you can track the drivers
