Jul 01,2021I used the fast courier service last week and it was fantastic, however yesterday for the same service the courier was 1 hour 50 minutes late and arrived in a transit van rather than a motorbike which had been specified and paid for. It would have been some help if I had been informed of the delay instead of having to ring and find out when the courier was due to arrive. The speedy service paid for did not actually materialize which is rather a shame.

Jun 16,2021Booked same courier at 9.01am for a "anytime" collection. Then received an email at 4.16pm stating "We advise your booking has been cancelled due to no availability. We have attempted to contact the collection point multiple times with no success. We apologise for any disruption this may have caused. You have been fully refunded." No attempt was made to contact collection point.
