Mar 14,2021The service has not been delivered yet, but the website is very poor eg multiple failures on payment 'Contact us' - does not work Customer service got the dates/times wrong A number of phone calls were required to fix the above - and they do not always answer the phone Here's hoping...

Feb 23,2021I found the customer service lady quite rude and not helpful providing an update. I also had to submit the form several times so they could change an extra £5. They told me a bike courier couldn’t do it for that price so I had to pay more yet it was a bike messenger than picked up my parcel. Wasn’t the best experience and I wouldn’t recommend
