Sep 27,2019Wonderful service. Dug me out of a hole after another courier company totally messed up my order. Will definitely use Speedy again. Must mention how wonderful it is to speak to the friendly and professional ppl answering the telephones. Calls were answered quickly.

Sep 25,2019Just had the same experience as the review below. Ordered and paid for a motorcycle and they sent a van. Needed a motorbike as the delays on the journey would have held up a van - and they did, eventually arriving later than it should have been there Had been assured that we would get a bike and when the van showed up, the guy on the other end of the phone hid behind terms and conditions and said that the delivery would be on time.The delivery took 4.5 hours when it should have taken 2.5 hours. Two hours late! To hide behind the small print is disgusting. Giving the customer something other than was ordered after we had paid up front is terrible. Avoid, avoid, avoid

Sep 25,2019I could not recommend staying away from this company enough. Let down massively on our first booking. We had an urgent time critical job going into Central London for our biggest customer, who requested we book a motor cycle to aid the time issue with in London.. An hour after booking a Van arrived at our premises (we have our own same day van couriers who's charges are nearly half of what Speedy same day were charging us). When we contacted Speedy Sameday Courier to enquire why a van had been sent instead of a motorcycle, i can only say we were met by a very arrogant attitude from the controller 'Stewart'- this caused us to cancel and put onto one of our own trusted couriers as 'Stewart' offered no help just proceeded to speak over us and reiterate the small print which we hadnt noticed on booking due to the urgency of the job. When we mentioned we had spoken to three different people- two of which were told the reason why a motor bike was booked - none of which told us about the change of vehicle 'Stewart' simply returned with it states on the system...... His next major concern was charging us a cancellation fee - he couldn't confirm the amount but we expect it to be quite extortionate. **** Further to my previous review, to make this matter worse we are being charged £48.00 for Speedy Sameday's error.. I do not understand why we should have to pay for cancelling an incorrect vehicle? Whilst our original booking was made on line there were 2 follow up phone calls from ourselves to Speedy same day operators, in which the reason for booking a motorcycle was mentioned - at which point do your operators have a responsibility to inform a customer that the required vehicle would not be being used? We could have (and in the end did) use one of our own trusted van couriers who could have been witrh us 40 minutes earlier and at nearly half the cost of Speedy Sameday.. With all this in mind i find it quite ridiculous you have held back our money and claimed cancellation fee rather than admitting your own error and refunding us our full amount.

Sep 19,2019Where do I even start... courier came early to collect goods from our printers and then rearranged a later time for collection with them. Turned up but cancelled the job as it was past the original time I had booked, even though the courier was the one that pushed the time back. When I contact customer service they had blocked my number, and is still blocked now. I have tried to get a refund however they keep refusing and take a very long time to respond to emails. Because of the incompetence of their courier we incurred significant additional costs, which as a charity has impacted us quite significantly. Not worth the risk using this company.

Oct 02,2019In life, you get what you pay for. I hadn't previously used any courier service but needed one urgently on this occasion. The bike turned up at the very time the website had indicated and less than an hour after my request had been processed and delivered my items within the hour.
