Aug 16,2019We phone Speedy Bike Couriers at 9.10 asked for a bike as needed a 3kg consignment to arrive at its destination in Wolverhampton by 1pm a 114 miles journey, we were told one would be with us within the hour. After chasing when no one turned within the hour specified a van arrived at 11am, when we queried the absence of the bike we requested, we were told they thought this would be the best mode of transport as they had checked traffic situation and it was good, and no refund would be given if we cancelled. Our consignment did not arrive at its destination until 14.45. So very disappointed as we could have used our own van and driver for the delivery and got it there a lot sooner. Won't be using them again ever.
