Jul 05,2024I am not satisfied with the explanation that spicandspan provided during the recent move in cleaning problems that we had. I did not push for more explanation because I am in the middle of a move and very busy. The explanation was not satisfactory and typical of service providers like this, pushed the blame on the cleaning staff. If the cleaning staff has been doing what she has been doing for a week, why did the company continue sending her to us? this is my home and it is a question of trust and security.

Mar 15,2024Overall a great experience: punctual, sympathetic , not needing too assistance (independent). office is clean . 1 not so important point (but still) point is that many of the furnitures and decorative objects (vases, plants, lamps and books on table ... are not put back correctly in place )
