Aug 23,2021After using their service for a couple of months without any particular issue, I got robbed by one of their cleaner. A person that used to come to my place every week and that I trusted. Spic and Span washed their hands out of the problem and didn't propose any compensation or proper enquiry. I didn't feel they took the problem seriously and I believe this person is still working for them. This is now in the hands of the police. EDIT AFTER YOUR ANSWER: I never told you someone else came to my flat this same week. Stop lying and assume your responsabilities.
