Jan 10,2025Amazing service. We found a helmet for a bargain price on the site so ordered straight away. The helmet arrived the next day (and we didn’t pay any extra for that). It was unfortunately too small so I contacted by email and they replied instantly and sent a returns label for it to be collected the following day. Although we didn’t keep the helmet I thought the customer service was fantastic and the product price and quality was great. Would highly recommend and we will use again.

Jan 08,2025The parcel was sent to an address which was incorrect (doesn’t exist) which resulted in it being returned to you from the Amazon distribution centre. After that you charged me the same £3.95 to post it again. When it was delivered it was left on the doorstep near the street rather than being put through the letterbox.

Jan 07,2025If you buy something from this website, please ensure you are paying the correct amount of postage. I mistakenly thought postage would be calculated at the checkout (an amount was added) I was then contacted by the company requesting extra money for postage. Argued that it was their problem, but they just apologise and essentially, you have to suck it up. A petty amount of postage has lost them a customer.

Nov 26,2024I purchased a Speedo costume from this company. Speedo costumes come up super small. I am a size 12 and eventually bought a size 16! There is nothing on the website to indicate that this is the case, so I have spent £24 in postage receiving the costume and sending it back to get the right size. The customer service is efficient but the company has made no concession for their lack of clarity about the product. My advice go to a shop, this company has no policy in terms of meeting customers half way. If you get the wrong item you will pay more to send it back.
