Company is fast and efficient, however, these good were very substandard.... worn both Spiro performance polos and both have bobbled and developed loose threads from simply being warm when I'm driving and use a seatbelt, all the threads match a seat belt pattern.... Never had this with any other polo/item of clothing as it was only 16 quid for the 2 I'm not going to bother sending them back. Shame really.

Everything was good. I received the package in perfect condition without damage. Only the shipping to the EU took a little longer, but SportsGB can't be held responsible for the customs formalities.

Great product and price...Berhaus activity fleece with the extra really useful zipped chest pocket. Nice weight and build quality. Delivered next day. Really helpful customer service easily contacted by phone as I ordered twice by mistake.

I ordered something that was in stock, paid for 1st class, wrong item arrived after 4days, a few nice emails later and told to return item and they would send out the correct item asap from the warehouse to arrive in 9 days, i contacted 2 days after email saying they had dispatched new one to ask for tracking number, they then said they hadn't sent any and they were out of stock, would I like another different product!!. Total waste of 12 days. Refunded quickly though.

I have written to you twice to ask about returning or exchanging a pair of trousers ans heard nothing. Trousers are the same pair i already have ben sized incorrectly by a large amount. Quick to take £40 but slow to respond when order is wrong.

The price of the item I bought was quite a bit lower than other stockists and I was constantly kept up to date with regards to the order and delivery. The only drawback was the three week delivery time but I'm putting that down to the size of the particular item not being in stock and they were waiting for it coming from their suppliers. I would definitely order from them again.
