Oct 30,2024Ordered fork went out for delivery got cancelled then arranged another date come out for delivery then cancelled then I had to message the company as they won’t message you to find out where my order was so they wasted 2 of my days waiting around like a absolute c*nts so I have been onto them everyday everyday same response we will get back too you after Amazon gets back to them absolutely shocking if u want a job doing jack shit I recommend applying here orders cancels now just go too hope for a refund useless c*nts

Nov 26,2024Ordered on the 01/11/24 and paid for next day delivery, it is now the 25th and my order hasn’t arrived. Support team answered my email and “launched an investigation” into the matter but I haven’t heard back from them since the 7th. I instantly regretted ordering from this site as soon as I read the reviews and luckily I paid with Klarna who are also looking into this. But if the item arrives I will definitely be sending it back as I had to buy the item from another site. I personally won’t shop from this site again and advise people to be wary.
