Mar 19,2024EDITED AFTER THERE REPLY. THEY HAD EMAILED SAYING ITS ALREADY BEEN PROCESSED VIA EMAIL AND VIA PAYPAL COMPLAINT THAT I LODGED. COMPANIES BY LAW ARE KEEP DETAILS OFF ALL SALES FOR 6 YEARS SO THEY CANT NOT HAVE THEM AFTER 3MONTHS WHEN THEY ARE REPLYING AND I PAID VIA PAYPAL AND SAID THEY HAD ALREADY PROCESSED THE REFUND. IF TRUST PILOT WOULD LIKE ME TO SEND THEM EVIDENCE IM HAPPY TO DO SO AS ITS ALREADY BEEN SUBMITTED TO TRADING STANDARDS - This has been on going since beginning of Feb for a £140 coat worn a handful of times before the zip fell off. It's not unreasonable I was happy to accept and exchange at first but as the summer months are approaching this isn't the case as it's took so long and I've seen the reviews and experienced it myself! GOOGLE EXTREMEGB, E-OUTDOORS & OUTDOORGB BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THEY ARE ALL THE SAME COMPANY ONCE YOU HAVE AN ISSUE THEYLL REPLY FROM ALL OF THE ABOVE COMPANY NAMES BUT YOULL NEVER GET A REFUND. I PURCHASED FROM E-OUTDOORS IN DECEMBER, AT THE END OF JAN THE COAT ZIP FELL OFF SO I STARTED A RETURN, IT WAS SENT TO THE "MANUFACTURER" IT WAS APPROVED AS FAULTY AND I WAS PROMISED A REFUND..... IM STILL WAITING THE REFUND
