Dec 12,2023On 11/30 I got a message that my item was ready for shipment. On 12/11 when it should have been delivered, I got an email saying my order was cancelled because they didn't have one to ship me. WTH? Now I am going to have to pay extra to get the item by Christmas. I called to find out what happened and see if there was anything we can work out and the message on their system said they were closed at 4:35 PM EST. WTH? I gues they don't want to help customers.
