Jul 20,2024I received a pre approval, when I filled it out I came back denied. When I called they daid the wrong birthday was entered to try again. I tried again and was told no because I had already applied with in 45 days. I emailed to get help and have yet to hear back

Jul 18,2024I had a terrible experience…I got approved for a loan, and some of my banking information was incorrect. When I tried to reach out to customer service…they were closed for system maintenance. When I finally got in contact with a live person he told me I could apply the next day and I would get approved. The next day I applied and got denied. I reached out again…this is about a week after I applied to find out what was going on the representative a guy was very rude and combative. I reached out and got a young lady who told me they had received their funds back and I could reapply and I got denied again…called again and the lady said they hadn’t got their funds back and that’s why I got denied again she told me to wait and reapply again…I applied again and got denied…so I called again and the guy told me I have to wait 45 days to reapply…now I called again and I’m getting told the second approval isn’t guaranteed and its the system. My thing is they don’t tell you this anywhere in the terms and conditions or the privacy policy…they have very poor customer service and bad practices. If I do reapply again in 45 days I hope I have a better experience, and I wouldn’t wish what happened to me happen to anyone else.

Jul 18,2024Spotloan approved your application wait to 48 hours get your old number for your account check number in the following day. I asked for application again and you fill it up and you get denied ! customer service disappoint no English very hard to understand and people transfer keep waiting over 20 minutes in the phone line( high rate 0ver100%!
