Jul 30,2023The training provided by sprintzeal for PMP certification was done very well. The instructor Biswa covered what is needed and provided the necessary training material and practice test. I would say the important part are the practice test to be well prepared for the certification exam.

Jul 21,2023Need more real world examples. Too much information without interactive exercises to demonstrate what is being taught. Class needs to be 4 hrs a day to give students time to review and ask questions or review learning. The review section was the best part.

Jul 14,2023Instructor is fantastic! His experience and delivery of provided materials is truly excellent. ... However, the original slidedeck provided by Sprintzeal was outdated and did not match the other materials. Tom was able to adjust and address better materials later in the week.

Jul 05,2023At first I enrolled for CISA training, But at my organisation there was a demand for CISM. Then I requested Archana to switch my training from CISA to CISM. The transition happened so smoothly. The trainer was also so experienced that after attending all training sessions my basics became sharp and after clearing mock tests I decided to give CISM and I cleared it. A big thanks to Archana and pradeep. It’s a dream come true.

Jun 07,2023I was able to have a 1 on 1 training which I found to be incredibly helpful as this is a new experience for me. My trainer was detailed and patient. He made sure that I understood the material and highlighted the portions of the training that were critical.

May 31,2023Lack of organization, lack of confidence is material and how it is taught, I attended 1/2 of one course and had to leave that training due to not being able to understand the instructor’s thick accent and he was very sick making it impossible to understand the material, when I took the second training, the material and the way the information was thought was completely different… Seems there is major disconnects. I didn’t receive the slides or material until the second to last day of the course of the second round of training, so I was unable tp use the material to follow along. I would not send someone to this training program

May 12,2023Facilitator had knowledge of PMP. He shared additional resources not provided by SPRITZEAL. I enroll Ed for the PMP course however, the program was not what I expected. One is basically responsible to learn the material alone. There is no one to contact in case of questions or if the material wasn’t understood. The 35 hours of class does not cover the material in detail it a broad overview. This course is not for beginners or those who don’t have prior knowledge of formal terms and knowledge of PMP. Wish SPRITZEAL would have disclose that this was not a beginners course. In addition, the electronic book provided is missing information. I was excited to complete this certification and had high expectations but was lefts disappointed.
