Aug 01,2020Steve Bray was the founder and CEO of SP Services and I always had an amazing service from his staff; the goods were ideal and fit for purpose, any very rare fault was dealt with immediately and with priority. I am an indivdual and not a Company. Steve is now no longer with the Company due to his late retirement and I really hope that he has left all the SP staff with his enthusiasm, concern, and care. I wish you all well and hope that you remain as efficient as Steve would have wanted for his customers.

Aug 01,2020Excellent communication. Unfortunately couldn’t supply me with my first choice, due to excessive demand because of Covid-19 , but delivered second choice very quickly. Hopefully will be able get the items i initially wanted, next time.

Jul 31,2020Many sites offer free postage or incorporate it with the price so the customer knows the exact cost no hidden extras on check out like postage or VAT. SP could do better and attract more customers.

Jul 31,2020First class service from a company with an obvious deep and detailed knowledge of the markets into which they are selling. There is a stunningly large number of items to browse or search. The user interface is straightforward and the search function is, if anything, a trifle over-enthusiastic. At the moment, I think there is a fairly high minimum order value. This is usually not the case. Despatch times vary from lightning fast to completely acceptable. I had one problem with an order some time ago. Within seventeen hours, I had the right item in my hands. Criticisms? Just one thing. If you choose to look for an item by scrolling through the relevant pages, you can run into problems caused by items being (accidentally, I assume) placed on intriguingly incorrect pages/categories. Using search solves this problem. Overall, I am entirely satisfied with the service I get from S&P, and can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Jul 22,2020Fantastic delivery & service as always just a shame the product was so poor. Recently ordered a pack of 5 reusable face masks from SP Services thinking they would be good quality being sourced from SP as their stock is usually of such a high standard. Sadly this was not to be, poor quality and not fit for purpose, even with all 5 masks on I was still able to blow out a naked flame.

Aug 01,2020Ordered a re-usable face mask pack of 5. Thought they would have been good quality and meet the suggested standard since SP are in the business of this kind of stuff. They are only one layer of thin fabric and not really deep enough to cover nose and chin adequately. The problem is that there is insufficient information given on the web page about this item.
