Apr 30,2020The box of surgical masks I ordered arrived damaged - the outer box was ripped and wet, and the inner one was also damaged. I wrote in about this and received no reply - I realise though the pressure people are under at the moment. Dear SP: Thanks for your reply. Apr 29,2020Prompt service as always, but very expensive cost of product-£71; surgical face mask x50, that a few weeks ago was a fifth of the cost. Both me and my wife are nurses and are very disappointed with service and cost!

Apr 29,2020Can't fault my experience with SP Services. I needed to discuss my requirements and clarify aspects of the products so I did this over the phone. The call handler was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to take my order. As some items were out of stock I was still able to place my order and as they have become available they have been duly delivered. With many organisations struggling to maintain service standards with huge delays in answering the phone etc I was very impressed at how quickly I got through. Also impressed that with stocks of many items being in short supply that SP have not taken advantage of that by hugely inflating prices that some have chosen to do. Try for yourself, you won't be disappointed!

Staff are top-notch, the website is easy to navigate and the list of products is constantly expanding, evolving. My most recent purchase - Tracerlite boots - and they arrived very quickly even on standard delivery and are probably one of the most comfortable sets of boots I've ever owned.

I have also taught health and safety and moving and handling to carers who look after relatives or family. Again I have given them all your website details because the aids you sell are relevant to their needs and you do not overcharge. Your delivery is faultless and your website easy to navigate.
