Feb 13,2020Receiving an email about a fantastic offer then logging in and placing an order only to be told after that the item is out of stock and there is no replacement was very disappointing. With the quality of the last items I purchased from you I was looking forward to receiving new items but have to find another supplier now which is a shame.

Jan 05,2020Slightly longer than expected for postage. Upon arrival, incorrect belt provided and trousers unhemmed (despite telephone operator saying otherwise.) Replacement belt sent out but incorrect in size and no other alternative offered. Poor stock management considering how big of a organisation SP is.

Jan 02,2020I would just like to say what excellent customer service I've received from SP Services, I ordeered a pair of Tracerlite boots via the website and they were delivered on the 31st of December, unfortunately there was an issue with them so I needed to return them. I went into the Showroom toady and all sorted within a very short time resulting in me leaving with a brand new pair of boots...Thank you.
