Oct 22,2019SP Services are not the cheapest out there but their service is excellent! I placed an order but the item I ordered was out of stock. Rob and Lennie let me know that they had more on order. As it wouldn't arrive on time, I asked about equivalent and they discounted a more expensive model. Great service and very quick.

Everything arrived on time, all items present and correct, the quality of the products and the company are excellent. Very quick delivery times as well, 9 times out of 10 it is guaranteed next day delivery with DPD! Would highly recommend. All of the sales staff were amazing in helping me edit quotes and purchase items and the expert staff helped me design a kit to my exact needs. Thank you everyone and a special mention to Gareth for being an absolute star and Chris for providing me with such amazing products!!

Kully has been available to answer my numerous questions via email and it was lovely to deal with her when I placed my order over the phone. My order was placed one day and arrived the next. Kully was even able to give me a time of delivery. I'm super impressed and will recommend SP Services to colleagues and friends. Top class service.

I was greeted with a smile by Natalie and felt comfortable looking around without any pressure from sales staff. Natalie was very on the ball and gave plenty of information about the products I was viewing over a coffee. I left with plenty of new toys and will most certainly be returning!

Natalie Rowley was excellent to deal with, very understanding, she was extremely patient when explaining things to me and Natalie was able to advise and recommend items of interest to me. Nothing was too much trouble and it made my purchasing of the equipment stress free and run smoothly. I asked Natalie for a receipt and copy of my order for my own personal records and Natalie emailed these straight away. Natalie was a complete delight throughout my ordering process- I can very highly recommend SP Services and of course Natalie.
