Jul 11,2019I recently had to purchase a couple of preperation razors for our defib kit and after pricing around i came across SP Services fb page and decided to have a look . I soon found the items i was looking and they cost pennies and postage would have cost more so i put in a few other items to make postage worthwhile and to build up my first aid backpack at the same time , Now SP Services were as sharp as the razors i ordered and all the items were delivered within the delivery time and everything present and correct along with a great mug and a nice pen , will pass on the great service and will order again , well done SP Services

It never feels like you're dealing with a multinational company, instead you have the friendliness of a family run business that cares about it's customers. It's a 10/10 from me!

Jul 04,2019As a last resort I contacted SP to ask if they stocked and sold a medical aid which I couldn’t buy on the High Street. I wasn’t sure if they sold to members of the public. Yes indeed they do! I was helped by the friendly staff in their shop who allowed me to view the product before I bought. It was very reasonably priced and good quality. I would certainly recommend to others.

Jun 11,2019As a grounds maintenance contractor and enthusiastic chainsaw sculptor and therefore regularly close to sharp cutting blades/ saw chain, I was concerned about having a means to deal with a potentially serious bleed should the worst ever happen. Following a chat with the paramedic at SP a custom kit (containing amongst other things - Celox granules, celox folding gauze a CAT tourniquet and trauma dressings) for dealing with potentially severe bleeding was created and packaged in a handy open out pouch which I can Carry on myself via the use of a couple of Karibenas. So far ( apart from reordering upto date dressings etc) I haven’t needed to use it and long may that continue , but having to hand is hugely reassuring. The help and advice from SP services about the kit needed/ recommend was first class and I will continue to order items from them in the future.

May 31,2019After placing my order (very easy to do) I waited for my delivery and it didn't happen. I contacted customer services who said the delivery had been voided, they would look in to it and call me back. Two days later I called again and was told the same. I called the next day and spoke to Carmen who promised to look in to it and call me back, by this time I was losing confidence. We then arranged for her to email me after investigating as my working day was over. The next morning there was an email waiting, from Carmen to say the order should be with us today and apologies. It arrived 20 minutes later (without free mug and pen). Carmen had asked me to let her know so I did. She has arranged to send pens/mugs. Overall Carmen restored my faith and all is well that ends well, (we received our order over a week late but good item). Thank you Carmen!

May 09,2019As the main source for my medical kit I have placed many orders with SP and for the most part they have arrived promptly and their courier has left them as instructed - which makes the occasions where something goes wrong all the more frustrating. I've had one parcel that's not been delivered correctly and left at the courier's collection point on the other side of town for no apparent reason, and on one occasion I was sent the wrong item and it took a lot of effort and eventually speaking to someone from SP at a show to get it rectified. However, the good points far outweigh the bad, and I've amassed a good collection of free pens and mugs not to mention loyalty points. Prices are reasonable, the items are generally of good quality, and most importantly are usually in stock; in fact I can't ever remember experiencing anything on 'back order'.

Aug 01,2019When we started nearly 3 years ago we had one green para bag bought from SP services, ordered along with our training equipment. We only ordered one as Events was going to be something just myself and and Mr Cotswold would do locally as an advertisement for training, something we enjoyed. Over the last two years we have had to gradually increase our kits as the number of events grew. This year we have approx 160 events, and they are increasing all the time, with new customers for next year already. Now we have multiple kits from this company. They are smart, great value and good quality. Great customer services. Thanks SP!
