Sep 02,2024Having placed an order for Defib Battery it became apparent the Free Delivery presenting on the Purchase Order (PO) was for GB only and a Delivery charge for Northern Ireland was applicable. Sadly this was not as simple as just adding the charge to the initial PO. Thankfully Jasmine of SP Services was familiar with potential invoice problems with Govennment Dept's - and sent the battery immediately, knowing the invoice would be paid eventually. Her speedy actions meant the important piece of Medical equipment was back in action ASAP. Jasmine showed a great deal of patience whilst internal "Red Tape" hindered the speedy reconciliation of the bill. Excellent customer service and Jasmine is a credit/asset to her employers. Thanks Austin

Jasmine emailed to explain this and offered alternatives (which were price matched). Within an hour she had swapped the item and had everything sorted. Big thanks!
