Holiday Homes performance is not satisfactory, they are underperforming, especially during the current tourism season. If this momentum continues over the next 2-3 months, it would be best to transfer all holiday homes to long-term rentals. This is because an oversupply of short-term units can lead to negative consequences such as lower rental yields, increased competition, vacancy, and price declines.
